excellent outdoor fountain; had to replace a part on a fountain sent by Amazon about a year and and a half ago and the customer service was excellent; his fountain was shipped and received as promised

The products I have purchased and received from Teamson are excellent quality and have brought such joy to my grandchildren with their bright colors and cheerful decorations! the Avery bathroom pieces look lovely finished, but the major joining hardware is not stable. the direction for front side of side panels would have been nice, otherwise the direction were clear enough. many starter holes in back panel boards were sadly missed. piece “j” on small wall cabinet was a bugger to stabilize. the packaging was great, as well as the shipping. i am satisfied with my purchase.

The cam nuts do not catch the bolts and it will not go together

Teamson is one of the best companies I have ever worked with especially as far as customer service. Their communication was prompt and thorough with each step of the process. I was completely satisfied with the response and they took care of my request. I'd say that the people that worked with me went the extra mile!

Item was not wood, but rather compressed paper fiber. Three (3) of the four (4) units ordered had damage, blemishes, and other marks scaring up the finish.

The components were defective and the warranty company denied the claim for a replacement part.

Very involved assembly and the pre drilled holes are not drilled properly, thus the wood can split leaving you with a useless pile of wood.

Teamson is a great company to deal with. I had purchased a fountain and the top part needed yo be replaced. The part was out of stock but they emailed me as soon has they had it back in stock. Nowadays you just don’t get great customer service anymore but with Teamson I did.

The rep followed through and communicated expediently to rectify my wrongfully cancelled order.

The fountain we ordered was received in four days and when I reported that a part was missing I received a response within three hours. As it turned out I found the part between my report and Teamson’s response. I am very pleased with their response and impressed by this company.

Graphic assembly guide very good. Since I do not own a smart phone, scan for instructions not possible. Would prefer to enter personal & billing info. Instant pre-fill unsettling.

I bought a used baby walker that was missing some pieces. I emailed Teamson and they quickly identified the pieces and shipped them out. Customer Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on outstanding items.
