This company doesn’t even deserve a review. I bought one of the resin water fountains off Amazon, it clearly says it comes with a manufacturer 30 day warranty. After 3 weeks the pump stopped working. I called teamson and was asked to send proof of the purchase. I sent them proof of the purchase and then was told because I bought it from Amazon that they could not honor the warrantee. This company does not stand behind their products and could care less about customer satisfaction. They should not be in business.

The items were exactly what I expected and they arrived promptly!!
My only “complaint” is that they cost more than if I ordered from Amazon.

The customer support was excellent. They responded to my needs in a very timely manner. I needed 2 parts and they were very efficient in shipping them to me quickly.

My order of 4 Tier Cascading Bowl Solar Fountain (RJ-23062N) through Amazon came with a missing adapter piece at the end of tubing. I emailed to Teamson's support team explaining the situation with photos. To my surprise, I got email response back almost immediately. Even though it has been more than 30 days (passed warranty time), the Teamson's Customer Care mailed me the adaptor piece within days. I am very happy with the support I received in timely and courteous manner.

Company website was easy to navigate.. found the product I needed very quickly.. had no difficulty ordering and it was delivered very fast.. definitely recommend this company

The design needed.It arrived but to our utter dismay it was nothing.like we ordered in fact it was not only a completely different design also solar powered ot mains electric which was vital to the design of garden.terrible service and no one to speak to try again to get correct product.now been returned.never use them again and we were going to.

We recently purchased a bathroom cabinet. Some of the directions were hard to understand as there were illustrations but nothing in writing. We called Teamson and was given outstanding guidance from Peter. He was absolutely amazing. Great service and we love our cabinet.

The Teamson team answered my emails right away,they guided me through the process of finding the right replacement parts and shipped my parts in a timely manner they arrived well packaged and were exactly what I needed and fit perfectly

The company amazed me with the rapid response to my email regarding a missing piece to the fountain that we purchased. It took about 10 days from the date of my email for me to receive the part. The fountain itself is beautiful and a wonderful addition to our patio

My doll was delivered in a timely manner. She was just perfect and great quality for the money. She compares to the more expensive 18in dolls and was able to get her with red hair and blue eyes. I will continue my business with this company.

I ordered through the range and I needed to return item as it was faulty, the range weren't helpful at all but I spoke to a lovely girl called Charlotte at Teamson who was so incredibly helpful and kind. She sorted my issue for the me really quickly and arranged collection for the faulty item the next day.

I absolutely love this lamp and I was fearful that I would not be able to use it again. Great customer service. There was damage to two areas of the side table I ordered, and they sent replacement parts right away. The shipping was fast for both the initial and the replacement order. And the final table is very nice for veneer/assembly required type furniture.
