Still missing one level for rewards. Will update this once it’s resolved. I’ve contacted them twice now but I’m still missing one level rewards from downloading and playing the game. It will not let me inform them it hasn’t been resolved after the first time it asked and I have to keep opening another ticket. Please look into this. Thanks.

Ive had a few issues with receiving rewards and everytime I reach out to customer support you guys take care of it! You guys are very fast and understanding of the situations. I appreciate your help! Hopefully I wont have any more issues in the future but if I do I hope you guys will help me out again, thanks!

I completed multiple Tapjoy offers through SimCity BuildIt and fulfilled all of the required milestones, yet none of the promised rewards were ever credited.

The first offer required reaching **Level 51 in Township**, which took over a month of consistent gameplay. The second required completing **Stage 20 in Snake Clash**. Both requirements were completed successfully, and I even spent real money within the games to progress faster and meet the offer conditions.

Despite providing screenshots clearly showing that the milestones were reached, the rewards were never credited to my SimCity BuildIt account.

When contacting Tapjoy support, my case has been repeatedly closed without resolution — more than 20 times. I have also received generic responses claiming the offers were “ineligible due to not meeting requirements or violating the Terms of Service,” yet no explanation or evidence has ever been provided to support this claim.

To make matters worse, users are repeatedly told to open a ticket through the offerwall help option, but the help/support tab is no longer available, making it impossible to follow the instructions given by support.

This situation has caused significant and unnecessary stress, particularly as I suffer from a neurological condition that is worsened by prolonged stress. I have acted in good faith, completed the requirements, and provided clear proof.

At this point, I have had to escalate the issue to consumer protection organisations and the Better Business Bureau in order to seek a fair resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to approach these offers with caution, as completing the requirements does not appear to guarantee that the promised rewards will actually be delivered.

I completed several offers in a game and was not given the rewards. They said I violated their Terms of Service but won't tell me why. I literally just played the game and progressed through the stages indicated on the offerwall. Their support keeps sending me in circles.

Edit: even in their reply below they are continuing to lie and do not specify what conditions I didn't meet. I have provided screenshots several times proving that I have met the conditions of the offer.

Edit 2: they are blaming their own advertisers for the issue rather than fixing it.

Edit 3: This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company I've ever interacted with. I don't think they've actually looked into my issue at all and keep pasting the same pre-canned responses over and over.

Scam. They not paying up

I have send them everything they need to no. They still don't want to pay up. Still scamming. Insane and pathetic

It took awhile to find out where to get help, but once I did, my issue was resolved!

that im not able to receive the rewards because of the advertisers but its on there platform so its on them to checkout with the advertisers !

a little extra they are violation the terminal of services of this website as they force the players to give a positive feedback to get the rewards

If you like bouncing around and never getting anything use this site. They make it so confusing to even get on their website to use it and then they give you all kinds of little options and it's so confusing because you don't know which one goes which where which where and if you're going the right direction for what you want the points for for your game or whatever you're using it for for surveys or it's just a waste of my time I'm trying to earn money not trying to waste time

I think it would be better if the app had an option to get back to our old account instead of starting all over again, I wanted to go back on my old account but there isn't an option for that, probably should fix that.

Hace como un mes y medio había hecho un reclamo, si mal no recuerdo el 3 de Enero, la cuestión es que había hecho el reclamo por qué me tenían que llegar como 1200 gemas aproximadamente a mi cuenta de Shadow Fight 2 (unos 26 dólares aproximadamente)
Yo ya con esas gemas tenía pensado comprar dos conjuntos, el del Monje y el del Centinela junto a otras gemas que ya tenía.
La cosa es que hice el reclamo, envié pruebas y espere tres semanas hasta que me canse y les dejé una reseña negativa, en unas 4 horas me respondieron diciendo que la recompensa había sido enviada, espere unos 4 días y nunca me llegó nada.
Volví a hacer el reclamo y me atendió Samantha, la cual me dijo que se había confirmado el envío de dicha recompensa, volví a esperar cuatro días y como no me llegó nada está vez me atendió Carlos el cual nuevamente me pedía pruebas, les envié algunas si pero después de eso deje morir el caso.
No pido que me paguen, ya pasaron como tres semanas que dejé morir el caso, pero la próxima voy a pensar dos veces antes de hacer un reclamo, es ridículo que estén un mes para resolver un caso que cuando mucho tenía que estar dos semanas ya que supuestamente si el dev no respondía en 7 días automáticamente se cerraba el caso a mi favor pero nunca pasó, y aún así nunca me llegó nada.

First off, I like this survey app, I've made a couple hundred on it, but during the handling of this complaint, I found out that they must not read much of what you write about the issue. I'm guessing they only look at the screenshots. I say that because 3or4 times I filled out the issue form only to have them tell me they wouldn't do anything because I hadn't met the requirement. My complaint had nothing to do with reaching the requirement they were referring to, yet complaint after complaint that was their response. Pretty frustrating realizing that they don't bother reading it, even when receiving multiple messages about the same thing.
Other than that I would give them 5 stars, but based on this one time alone I would have given them 0 stars.
