Customer service answered me
I'm playing Screw Out Factory Puzzle 3D via Design Home and Tapjoy wall , have reached level 27 and
- none of the rewards have come automatically
- I've already reached lv 27
- they refuse to send me the rewards for lv 5. Only got the rewards for lvls 2 and 3.
- I have fulfilled ALL the requirements
- They don't tell me WHICH requirement they think I HAVEN'T fulfilled
- They have closed off the helpshift chat so I can't send them any more tickets
- They owe me 1700 diamonds for lv 5, 3400 for lv 8, 6800 for lv 10, 13601 for lv 15, 20401 for lv 20 and 34003 for lv 25. That's altogether 79 905 diamonds, if I got it right.
So either
- their system is faulty
- or it doesn't accept a player proceeding more quickly than tap joy helpshift is able to review the tickets
- or the workers are making a mistake.
I feel I've been wronged and I feel so hurt and disappointed.
Adding text 31.4.26:
It's an easy game where you can pass several levels at one go. I'm in fact already at lv 31, so they owe me an extra 68006 diamonds, altogether 147,911 diamonds!
I have screenshots several of tje levels I have completed. I have fulfilled ALL the requirements, haven't used VPN, haven't played the game before etc etc etc.

Giving now 3 stars because I found a way to contact them although the support is closed for that case.
Customer service explained to me that it's not the game level they reward but the user level which is on top left round the duck.
Downside is that the user level rises extremely slowly so you'd be forced to pay. Even then the advancement of user lv is so slow that that it's not worth playing.
Three stars for explaining the matter.
