I already finished 7 Quests. You just gave me the reward for the 4. now but 3 are still missing.
I would be happy if you fix this as well, because i dont think i play the games any moor when the promised rewards are not payed out.

結局何で最初報酬対象外と言われたのかわからないし、問い合わせたミッション以外でも報酬が入ってきてないと言ってるのに、問い合わせたミッションの報酬しか入ってきてない。全部個別に問い合わせてたら時間がかかりすぎる。

Almost perfect

They rewarded me in a fairly timely manner but its still annoying that I had to complain in the first place as this keeps happening with their games. Friendliness and efficiency are great but it would be better to not have to deal with the Offerwall support service altogether.

They pay out the smaller offers then hit you with “no we’re not rewarding you, you violated the terms and conditions”

With no explanation. Every. Single. Time.

It’s their way of basically getting out of everything. Just disgusting to be honest.

Edit: spent money and not surprised that it didnt track despite screen recording the whole thing and sending all proof they asked for they still denied me!! They are clearly just pocketing the money from the developers for themselves.

Thank you for finally rewarding me. That took WAY too long. I have been a loyal, daily customer of your app for TEN years, and I was getting redirected for 2 days, even though I clearly made a purchase. Why did I even have to prove myself? That was stressful, and I almost wanted to stop playing your app.
Thanks for finally rewarding me, but I hope that never happens again.

Absolutely continued run around letting a bot try to take care of the issue of missing rewards continued saying more info needed when I sent exactly what was asked for MULTIPLE TIMES. THEN PREVENTING me from being able to type messages or send all of the files needed for proof of completion. I have never used tapjoy before and everyone told don't do it they are horrible. I get why everyone said not to use tapjoy. This has been the worst experience ever with the three tickets I had to submit for missing rewards. Which I get happens from time to time, however how cases are handled is appalling! Closing my case with no justification even! I am just truly blown away at how horrible this experience was to get what was rightfully due to be rewarded to me. And still one has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. this had cost me time in my game I was doing these offers for, MAJORLY!!! which in turn cost me Money as I am playing sunshine island for a gpt platform. I was unable to meet certain paid deadlines because of the horrible customer service and continued delays. The unwillingness to simply scroll up by them and see that there was the screenshots exactly how they asked for them with all the information they requested. But yet I had to continue to resend it on three different tickets/missing rewards. I would really encourage them to take a look and really put genuine effort into how they are handling cases. Revamping it significantly. I appreciate the service in itself of offers for gems to keep from having to buy them. That is the only good thing I experienced with this.
