Tapjoy ist Betrug! Ich habe Zeit investiert und erhalte die angegebene Prämie nicht! Also ist das Diebstahl. Support unbrauchbar, ständig dieselben Standardantworten ohne mir zu erklären, was genau das Problem ist. Empfehle ich nicht mehr zu nutzen.

Rewards were not credited in my account, even though they said they would be. NOW, they're asking for all the same information I had ALREADY PROVIDED!!! This service is absolutely infuriating. I believe enduring ads to play games and get rewards is a big enough waste of my time - I shouldn't have to waste more time responding to repetitive requests from the "support" department!

They say they give rewards and don't always. I got notified saying they evaluated the situation so on and on. I forget how much in diamonds they still owe.

I have not received my award. They said at 9 am it was sent it’s 8:30 pm no reward

It stated that I received my rewards but I did not receive my rewards.

I sent in a report about a missing reward and they came back and fix everything and said I was getting my reward and it has been 16 hours now and I have not received anything

I didn't receive my rewards and contacted you. You agreed I had them coming and said you credited me. I never received them. When I told you this you said to contact the app people. NO!! That is bogus. Give me what you owe me!

It said I was rewarded my points but I never received my points for completing my levels even after I was told I would receive them

In the offer its clearly written reach level x get achievment im already on a high level (350) from level 199 on they dont want to give it the rewards out because its too high just caming up with low excuses just to dont give out rewards out at the date of today still 18 days left of that offer
Last year also they said to write a positive review that i can ve rewards that 1 is deleted now
I dont recommend that service of tapjoy if you see an offer from them avoid !

Apparently I have made the naughty list. It went from 60 percent of my awards needing customer service help to now they are ignoring my customer service requests

Their help desk says it will take a couple hours now we arexat 24 hours. I wonder if they make their employees work a couple hours and pay them for 24. It would explain why customer service is so slow.

At just a little over 24 hours they asked for additional information. I bet I wait another 24vhll hours before they fix the problem.

never downloaded a game so went ahead to download it and after downloading, offer just disappeared.
also played another game until level 119, only got rewarded until level 84......
