They won't process your rewards accurately at all.
I completed two tier rewards "reach level 50" and "reach level 150" during an "earn 2x coin" period. I did this intentionally by waiting for an "earn 2x coin" period before beating the level. I brought this to the attention of the customer support representative when they were fixing the fact I did not receive my rewards at all, and they told me that the date and time the reward was processed did not fall within that reward time frame—however—they assigned a date and time to my reward because it wasn't processed when it should have been. If my rewards were processed correctly as they should have been they would see that it fell under an "earn 2x rewards" period. They marked my issue as resolved and closed it, being ignorant to the fact that I should have earned double the rewards for those last two tiers, thus making me work harder for coins that I would have been able to rightfully claim. I will do this again by waiting for a double reward period to beat the next tier, which is "reach level 500", and when my reward isn't processed properly (which I am expecting it not to be because it didn't work as it should for two tiers in a row), the support representatives can eat their words. No $hit it doesn't show the reward date and time processed as lining up with the date and time the double reward was active—because the date and time shown is the time the rep processed it, not when it was actually earned. Acting like I need to read the fine print like I didn't already before playing.

I should not have to write a ticket…
I should not have to write a ticket literally everyday because my progress isn't being tracked. So everyday achievement takes me hours of my time writing tickets to support vs enjoying my time playing games. I wasn't rewarded 8 different rewards which means Tapjoy wouldn't just fix all of my issues at once, instead they want 8 different tickets. This is crazy!

I keep getting auto flagged…
I keep getting automatically flagged for violation of terms of service. The first time it happened I had to contact them a bunch to get the rewards. But they finally gave it to me and I thought that was the end. But I am getting auto flagged again for the same issue on the same offer. I have a bit more to go before I fully complete the offer and I don’t want to have to reach out every single time because they keep auto flagging my account.
They give the same responses without ever checking your message. It doesn’t matter what proof you submit. They won’t look at it. They have no intention of ever honoring your rewards. Don’t bother with their site.
