I absolutely HATE having to fight just to get what has been promised after fulfilling requirements as asked.
WHY?
Why is it so difficult to assist a customer in receiving what is due them?
TapJoy asked for further info, telling me my screenshot(s) wasn’t right. As I was trying to write back regarding this, a message popped up saying they were closing my request.
They state that I have to wait and then I might be able to request further assistance. What?!?
I’d rather spend cash for rewards instead of having to go through this mess so often! TapJoy won’t remain in business if they continue in this type of actions.

UPDATE: As of this morning, 03/03/26, TapJoy has “approved” the rewards that were once withheld. Not sure as to what it was exactly that caused their change of mind. They “invited” me to leave a follow up review with the “good news.”

While I stand grateful, PLEASE keep in mind that not all of your “customers,” are out to scam you.
Might be a list could be kept of the frequent flyers that keep the TapJoy Company paid and going forward.

Excellent Offerwall Support! Had an issue with ‘Play 20 Games’ reward in King of Cards (OfferwallGold not credited despite 23 games played and ✓ mark). Takes days to get customer service. Auto-bot deals with queries, in the most clunky, slow, repetitive and often incomprehensible manner, until, after about 48 hours, a human joins in. It gets resolved, but it is *not* customer service.

This is one of my first times in my life i successfully completed some offers and got rewarded for them. There are fairly easy and generous offers and they actually works.

Robotic customer service - They are making me open a case and send screenshot for every single level of a game where they didn't provide the reward even if I provide proof that I reached the last level and every time I ask if they can fix it they don't respond. Half the time you can't answer with text and it's a pre-populated dropdown with options that don't apply.

Update: In response to the reply below - This is * not * resolved. This is my point. They keep granting one reward at a time but I am missing several. They said I have to apply for each separately instead of granting them all even though they acknowledged I was missing them all. Frustrating customer service.

Update 2 to their new response below:
Again proving my point that the answers are robotic. They are not addressing my concern about them making me go through a manual submission for every single level, submitting the exact same screenshot that I have reached level 46 every time. Asking the user to submit a request for level 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 20, 25, 31, 38, 45, so 10 seperate requests for the exact same issue, having to email them, resubmit the same screenshot, verify my email, wait for their code...10 times for the same thing! Instead of them just granting me all of the rewards I'm owed up to level 45! Huge waste of time.

My experience was great but I'm now at level 129 and the game doesn't pay ,I like the game that's why I kept playing.

I completed the mission but the coins didn’t come, I wrote to the developers but they didn’t respond

Rewards are great but the customer support was too great and they are as friendly as I didn't thought like

It is still the problem of not giving the reward even after doing the task that is given

A bit slow but they took care of the issue that I actually wanted taken care of within the day which is faster than some others so overall good experience.

I didn’t receive my reward after playing Merge Designer- Decor & Story for a month. I played daily and even stayed up late at night just to reach the goal. I'm supposed to get a reward for reaching level 30 and Im already level 31. I contacted customer support, but I’m still unable to receive my reward due to an alleged violation, according to them—even though I already met the target and did not do anything that violated the rules. It feels like such a waste of time.
