ISSUE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY

This time my experience was great! My issue was resolved in record time! Very quickly. However, I had an issue back toward the end of January and that issue never got resolved. Maybe you had a glitch in your system or something because it kept asking me the same repeated questions and I repeatedly sent information that was requested and it just kept asking me to do it over and over. But again this time was amazing. And I do believe they made up for part of the diamonds that I didn't get back in January. I don't know if it was enough but I believe they gave me more than I was missing from this particular game recently. So if they continue the service I received today, they are doing an excellent job.

My experience with Tapjoy has been… Terrible.

My experience with Tapjoy has been nothing short of disappointing. They put up an offer on the Pocket FM app where I had to listen to a podcast for almost 1hr to then take a survey and answer questions about the said podcast before I can be rewarded. I have had issues with getting the said rewards twice in less than a day. All attempts to have it resolved failed initially then only half the rewards were sent. This was after over 72hrs of constant back and forth with their customer service team. Very disappointing.

After this review was posted, the Tapjoy team reached out and said they had confirmed that my reward had been granted, including my bonuses. At the time of this review, 126 instead of 237 coins are on display 19hrs after they claim to have sorted it out but sadly this was not the case.

Why should I have to beg for a reward that I duly completed but was never sent to me? Painfully disappointing.

Worked well the first time

Worked well the first time, but now customer support is leading me nowhere and is telling me I did not fulfill requirements when I DID, and has the absolute audacity to tell me ‘next time, make sure you fulfill the requirements’. Only robots are answering my support requests and are offering no proper explanation whatsoever. Can I at least talk to a human?! It has been over 48 hours since I completed the stage which is what tos requires, so no I have not violated that. I HAVE FULFILLED the requirement and submitted unedited, truthful screenshots. I don’t understand what is so difficult about rewarding things that are meant to be rewarded. The month I spent playing the required game has gone to waste and I cannot believe I put this much effort into something so useless.
My conclusion is that they refuse to give high-paying rewards.

I never received the time sensitive…

I never received the time sensitive code but I received a response email stating the code expired... EVERY SINGLE TIME I contact customer support! Obviously the email works but the code does not.
I've received several responses that state I'm ineligible for reward because of an unknown violation. I've asked several times what I'm doing wrong because I'm receiving the 1st few rewards but then all of a sudden I'm not meeting the requirements, it makes zero sense and the AI response is really annoying
**Edit- even the response to my complaint doesn't make sense! I'm not receiving the verification code they send, how do I fix that? And I received rewards for the 1st 3 levels so how did I not qualify for the next 3?! AND still no response to my question as to what requirements am I not meeting?
The customer support system needs a lot of fixing, maybe actual humans working would help

Tapjoy pulling a scam once again

Tapjoy pulling a scam once again. I started an offer with multiple stages, received the first few stages no problem. As the rewards got higher, suddenly I have violated terms of service - no definition of what I violated - just ticket closed and no reward with no explanation. SCAM, I’m owed several other step of the reward as well so it’s convenient that suddenly there’s a problem.
Edit: Their reply says “see details in support case.” There ARE NO DETAILS in the support case and they close it without allowing questions or discussions. So what details exactly are you referring to? SCAM.
What conditions were not fulfilled? No one will tell me. That’s how I know it’s a lie. If it were true someone could provide the detail. Just a made up excuse not to give me what I’m owed.

Is this reasonable “customer service” to you?

I have tried to claim the Same reward several times and am told I violated terms of service, ticket closed. What terms did I violate? I opened a new ticket to try and get a response, same canned answer. How can I get a human person to explain what I supposedly did wrong?

Didn't fix my full rewarded amount for levels.

Asked to fix awarded amount as it wasn't matching the levels I completed. They get back asking if it was fixed but while it increased still missing a bunch of level rewards. I mention that and amount still missing. Get message reply saying request was complete and awarded with the chat being closed. I checked and still didn't award the full amount only a little extra and with chat being closed can't even voice that only link to here to leave a reply.
