Easy tasks, very good customer service, had some issues with receiving rewards but they were fixed in a very short time

Horrible! The first representatives Markus kept saying the proof of rewards was not provided and all the attachments were there so he purposely avoiding doing his job and I had to close the case and reopen another case in order to get what I earned. After this experience I will be deleting this app horrible experience and customer support. Do not use this app pocket fm

They took my issue seriously and provided me a solution too.

They are fair and honest. This day and age that's as good as you get and for any other day and age. They're an honest bunch and they're pretty quick to get on your case.

If it works it works. 50% of the time it doesn't.
I'm already used to Tap Joy not working 50% of the time. Whenever anything doesn't work, you will always get the blame as a customer!
So I'm already used to the usual issues (downloading an app and wasting time playing a game you don't get rewarded for). In the past, it used to either work for an app or not at all. Now for the 2nd time, I get the initial reward. But not the next one.
When you reach out to customer service, it's always the same circle. You go via the app and choose the reward you didn't get awarded for. TJ then asks for proof. Then they review it and will always come up with the same reply: "it appears that the requirements set by the offer’s Advertiser and/or our Terms of Service were not fully met." (Notice the and/or!?) Then they simply close the ticket and close the case as resolved. As the case still isn't resolved, you reach out again. Same question, same screenshots. Then you get told to submit a different ticket directly via the app (which you can't, as you've already done it and it's marked as resolved). So you complain, want to know in detail (!) why you apparently violated their T&S, want to speak to a manager ... and round and round in circles it goes. Then they make you think that they care about your case, apologising and saying they will review the case. Only with the exact same result: not eligible, ticket closed. I've been running round and round in circles at least 4 or 5 times now, I have reviewed every detail of the offer, I have used the same phone with the same Wifi at the same place, no VPN, I cannot find any fault. And noone tells me what went wrong.
This dysfunctional system is designed to not be helpful and to blame you! And of course Tap Joy won't take any part of the responsibility. Which they could, as they could ask the advertiser in detail why the customer apparently isn't eligible for the reward and communicate it to the customer. But why bother, just send out the same standard replies out and send the customer rpund and round in circles until they are so frustrated, they have no choice than give up! This is customer service at its worst!

Update: their response is equally vague. They've been in trouble eith the FTC for exactly this. There have been bo further responses Submitted a request for reaching level 30 (I've actually reached the next tier of the requirements now,but can't submit a ticket until this one was resolved ). I submitted the required screenshots, and received a response that I violated their TOS. I played the game, and reached the required level.

My problem was resolved quickly. Thank you! I received my rewards.

They first denied my rewards due to violating the advertiser’s terms. I contacted the advertiser and they confirmed I didn’t violate rules. I contacted Tapjoy again with proof of the advertiser’s confirmation. Then Tapjoy denied my claim and CHANGED THE REASON why. Based on other reviews, it seems like they reward the smaller achievements to hook you in and spend money. And then deny you the larger rewards. This is a very frustrating experience, and no one is giving any explanations.

Oszustwo! Za wykonane zadania i zakupione pakiety nie przyznają nagród! Nie ma możliwości kontaktu- system tak działa żeby odrzucić reklamację- mimo że wszystko robisz zgodnie z warunkami! Bez jakichkolwiek podstaw zamykają każdy temat z informacją żeby zakładać nowy. Nie polecam!!!
