1. When a compensation inquiry begins, a quick response is good. However, it is not good to wait recklessly because there are some delayed answers.
2. It would be nice if compensation was made in time when the mission was completed, but I am dissatisfied that the conclusion is drawn only when I ask for compensation every time.
3. I am dissatisfied that the compensation inquiry is made only once. Please allow me to contact you often if something happens every time.

I put in a ticket for an offer because I encountered issues and was told I couldn't get rewards due to breaking terms of service. This was then completely undone after I asked for more information and was then told I should've received my rewards. Why tell me I've broken TOS but then give me my rewards in the next message? I don't understand the thought process.

Usually the rewards work but when they don't, customer service is generic and unhelpful. I've not received a reward for an offer and have contacted customer support several times about it. I've received the same bot answer several times, they first said I violated terms of service (which I did not), then when I asked them to clarify what I supposedly did, they claimed i did not fulfill the offer's requirements (which I did). For 3 weeks they gave me the same generic answer literally word for word the same text, tell me i can reply but when I go to reply they have closed the issue and I can start over with the chat bot and generic answers. Customer service is terrible bots and generic answers

Very good service; they responded in a timely manner. They responded within days and answered all of my questions and concerns in a detailed and formal way ultimately helping me with an offer.

Support Team handled my claim of rewards not credited to my account within a a couple of day's. Thank you to all that worked on my claim, Great work.

It was good and I like that Customer support replied to my messages immediately and quickly attended to my query. I got my rewards as well without any trouble

The quest said to complete level 30 towers, I did that, but I didn't get my reward, and I still haven't. I only got 2 coins, it's ridiculous! Where are my 8k coins?
