I've asked for my diamonds for level 50, level 150, and for making purchases. I've provided the screenshots. This is ridiculous. This has gone on for almost a week.

It took quite sometime, almost 2 weeks before the game rewards were available in the game, that would be the reason for a 3 star review. The e-mail requirement you asked for did not become available in my in box for over a week which caused some confusion on my part. I thank you that it is finally resolved & hopefully I won’t need to contact support for any further issues.

Offer would not track rewards after two milestones so I raised one ticket (need many more!) and was promptly rejected by a bot with hours between for the illusion of human contact. Vague response of "did not meet requirements and broke TOS" when I clearly did in provided screenshots to human eyes and not the vaguer still unnamed Customer Support entity. I read the TOS and I am in the clear. Logic indicates if I had actually broken a rule I would have been frozen off the wall, the intention is for you to keep doing offers without pay.

I completed two offers in Doomsday:

· Hire 15 Heroes (118 coins)
· Hire 18 Heroes (237 coins)

I currently have 21+ heroes in the game. I provided screenshots as proof.

Tap Joy support requested the same information again, I sent everything — screenshots, ID, email verification.
Then they went silent. No update. No resolution.

My previous ticket #5325326 was marked as "Solved", but I never got the reward.

This is the same pattern as in Lords Mobile: they ask for proof, collect it, and then ignore or refuse with a fake "violation" excuse.

I did not cheat. I played fairly. I just want what I earned.

Tap Joy is dishonest. Do not waste your time with them.

The ticket has not been resolved even though the AI bot keeps saying that it has been. I never received the crowns that I paid for .

Problem is not yet fixed, but quick response back to me. Will give 5 stars once problem is fixed.

I asked why I didn't receive the first reward after the first task.

After sending screenshots, their customer service did not provide any solution, it just confirmed my email, which is basically what otp does. Then it closed my ticket.

So, why play their games or pay to level up thru tapjoy, when it does not earn reward? What a waste of time!

Denied me of my due rewards with non answer excuse of "Violation of terms of service" and did not state what specifically. I have never used VPN this year, never played the game on another device and so on and so forth. It only worked for the first 2 miniscule amount of rewards and suddenly they denied the rest like I've had a rug pulled under my foot.

I am extremely disappointed with Tapjoy's support. I completed a "Rise of Kingdoms" offer that was explicitly advertised for TOKENS. However, their system is incorrectly rewarding me with COINS.

This is a clear technical mapping error. Even after making a 0.99€ purchase to complete the tasks and providing 6 screenshots as evidence, I keep receiving the same automated "restart the app" response from their support team (Agent Carlos).

I have reached out 5 times, and no human has actually looked at my proof or addressed the fact that the reward type is wrong. It is unacceptable to ignore a customer who has spent real money based on their advertised rewards.

Are not able to Award Limited „double points“ features. Missing hundrets of points because of that.
