This is the second time I took a challenge and played for rewards, got rewarded until a certain level, and all of a sudden I'm missing a reward I just earned. I played according to the app's rules, sent in the 2 screenshots requested for the proof I actually did the level asked for, then received news from Tapjoy that my reward was now rewarded. It was not so I followed the instructions if I didn't receive the reward, which was to uninstall the app and reinstall. This brought me right back to level 1 and lost all my work on getting to a high level. No reward and lots of wasted time on the game. Very displeased!!!!

Tap joy customer service is top notch. They responded quickly to an offer wall issue and after just one email with my proof of gems still outstanding, they quickly made it right. Thank you for the amazing customer service Tapjoy!

I had a problem considering a reward in the app that i didn't receive. They resolve the problem quickly. Thank you so much.

They should fully monitor the games and when information is provided to customer service they should look at it carefully.

They keep telling me exactly the same thing without solving the problem

Well i believed the issue was corrected. Come to find out still haven't received my sb points. I'm just trying to find out if I'll be getting them. So I can continue getting the rest of the rewards. But it stop recording them after the second tier

Rewards simply stop paying out after completing offers and games. You spend hours reaching the required levels or completing the tasks exactly as instructed, only to receive nothing.
When contacting support, the responses are generic and clearly copy-and-paste, with no real explanation given. On multiple occasions the chat has been closed without any resolution — sometimes while I was still in the middle of replying.
Numerous games have been completed and the promised rewards were never credited. Support repeatedly fails to investigate properly and instead closes the case without resolving the issue.
After reading many other reviews, it is obvious this is not an isolated problem. Many users report completing offers and not receiving rewards. It is extremely frustrating to waste so much time on tasks that are advertised as rewarded, only to receive nothing and no proper support.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

1) The answer is quite fast and competent. 2) There were no difficulties with the evidence base.

They've always given me my rewards lately I have had to contact support more often watch sometimes can be slow but usually it's pretty quick and I enjoy partnering with them making pennies on just play . Making dollars thanks to tapjoy 👍👍❤️👑💯💯✍️🍀🐐 service app was super slow but email verification and a breeze from there. Thanks tap joy help even at 2 am that's pretty rare nowadays

Ive used their service in Top Eleven. Ive choosed the game and finished nearly 7 tasks. Ive only recieved 1 so I contacted their customer service. They gave me 2 reward but when I requested What About the rest. They said requesting another ticked. After I write another ticked they told me that I violate terms of service which just kindly said to me f*** off
