Swisspost Arvostelua 

Ich hatte über einen Bekannten Onlineanbieter einen TV bestellt, welcher bereits vor 3 Tagen hätte zugestellt werden können, aber die Post bot nur einen Zustelltermin für heut an und als ich telefonisch heut nachfragte, wurde ich mit einer mehr als unmotivierten und schlecht gelaunten Mitarbeiterin konfrontiert, welche ohne sich den Fall anzusehen direkt sagte, dass sie mir nicht sagen könne, wann das Paket kommt. Da die Sendungsverfolgung seit 4 Tagen keine Neuerung anzeigte und die vor 3 Tage bestätigte Lieferfrist nun abgelaufen war, rief ich nochmal an und hatte diesmal eine freundliche Dame am Telefon, die mir allerdings sagte, dass die Ware heut gar nicht käme und noch nicht mal deren Postlager verlassen habe. Dazu wurde ich nie informiert. Dies ist eine bodenlose Frechheit und ich kann jedem Onlineanbieter nur davon abraten ihr Stückgut über SwissPost zu versenden!!!

Angepriesene Hilfestellung für Pakete an falsche Adresse völlig nutz- resp. wertlos weil Umleitungen wegen Missbrauchmöglichketen abgelehnt werden.
Erfahrungsgemäss werden Pakete mit nicht existenten Namensanschriften einfach beim Hauseingang abgelegt anstatt zurückgenommen.

Immer wieder am Freitag...Postbote ist nicht fähig das das A-Paket beim Briefkasten zu deponieren trotz Ablagegenemigung und nimmt er es wieder mit ! Ich war auch zu Hause und er hat nicht mal geklingelt. Dann muss man bis Montag Abend auf ein Teil warten das man am Wochenende gebraucht hätte.

Have to agree with one or less stars with this outfit,i thought switzerland was a modern country but swiss post is very very low quality.I shipped from thailand,item arrived in switz,no updates on swiss post site,other tracking shows 10 events only saying its with carrier,nothing else.I sent a box to belgium on the same day,it was deliverd within 10 days with supurb tracking from b post...great service.swiss post should look at them maybe.emailed customer service 3 times no answer....so we wait,box is lost for sure.will never use again.

Chauffeur war zu faul um Paket auszuliefern. Sendete ein Foto einer versperrten Strasse und behauptete er konnte nicht durch fahren.
Statt das Paket am nächsten Tag zu liefern, wurde es wieder eingelagert und konnte erst 5 Tage später ausgeliefert werden.

Postcards sent by Swiss Post from Gran Canaria to UK never received. Posted in Hotel reception as that was were the stamps were purchased and also posted in the main town. Very disappointing, would love a refund of the €10 I spent on the stamps!

ich kenne keinen ähnlich zuverlässigen Post/Packet Dienstleister (Ich habe Erfahrung mit DHL, DPD, Hermes, Planzer, TNT, Dachser etc, national und international, privat und geschäftlich).
Die Schweizer Post kommt immer, meist schneller als erwartet, es fehlt nie was, die Leute sind meist super nett und 100% immer korrekt. Klingeln und warten für die persönliche Übergabe sogar wenn es nicht wirklich nötig ist.
Die Tatsache, dass Amazon in der Schweiz diese Tage auf auf die Katastrophenfirma Planzer umsteigt ist grauenhaft und wird mir viele, viele Probleme bereiten, wenn sich meine bisherige Planzer Erfahrung, konsequent 0-1 Sterne, fortsetzt.
ja, die Päckchen werden leider nicht billiger, aber die Zuverlässigkeit ist es wert.

Vraiment très mauvais parmi les plus mauvaise dans le domaine ! Vous voulez les joindre très difficile avec plus de 30 minutes d’attente via leur musique qui prends tête avant d’avoir une personne qui ne parle pas le Français ! En Suisse y’a l’Allemand ! Le Français ! L’Italien ! La personne après 30 minutes passé d’attente vous réponds je ne parle pas le Français ! A attendre plus de 15 minutes encore le temps d’avoir une personne qui parle le Français et au final leur service coupe l’appel ! Donc personne pour demander l’information sur un colis en attente et d’avoir des informations ! C’est un service publique de l’état ? Et bien très mauvais de mauvais !

Ich habe jetzt relativ viele Pakete bestellt und alle sind schnell und in gutem Zustand angekommen. Bei DHL dagegen war es absolute Katastrophe. Zudem sind die MyPost24 Automaten absolute Spitze

I recently ordered an extract from the debt collection register through SwissId, I only realised when I got the document that an upcharge of 12.- was included in the 30.- which I payed for the document.

Bunch of incompetents and/or thieves.

I have chosen certain delivery days for packages to be delivered, but they do not pay any attention to the chosen days and will deliver on any day. I also instructed in my account where to leave packages (sheltered, away from street view), but they also don't pay attention to that and my packages are often left right in front of my front door within street view and in the hot sun. If I am away for the weekend, it will be left outside in the sun all weekend and the products would be ruined. Very annoying. Poor service.

They sent my parcel that I am waiting to receive to the United States of America instead of the United Kingdom! how is this possible when all the other postal companies I have ever used wont allow you send an item if the full delivery address dosen`t match an address postcode etc! how was this ever allowed to happen? the parcel was last tracked in the USA on the USPS Site in July 25th since then no updates.
The sender reported this issue on the 19th July and Swisspost said they had corrected the issue and said it was being redirected back to me in the correct address in the UK
Now my parcel is lost, plus as I am not the sender I cant contact them for updates as will only deal with the sender who doesnt seem to careless.
The parcels contents where a present for my boys 11th birthday.
