Très mauvaise expérience. Site internet à fuire. Une commande d’un bladder avant pour mon aile duotone le 25/10/24 et depuis aucune nouvelle. J’ai demandé le remboursement de ma commande et j’attends encore… je pense que je me suis fait arnaquer…

Incredible costumer service
I ordered some DTK kite spare parts, ION accesories and 2023 ION wetsuit. Order got delayed 2 weeks due to Ion supply problem, the order missed one acccesory and the wetsuit got the wrong zip location.
Patrik responded to every single email or chat message giving constant update about the order, I returned the wetsuit and the return onen was the current 2025 model at no extra no cost. Both packages were handle with DHL Express that took 3-4 business days to arrive to Australia and packages were trackable at any single stage.
Great service, great communication, I got unlucky with a mistake but got rewarded with and upgrade. Overall, very happy. Thanks Patrik, great service.

Really great service, quick deivery, they even fixed stock shortages on two of my three order items with better products with only a tiny fraction of the actual price diff as an extra cost - come to think of it, as the fixed better shipping option the result was no extra cost

Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Zunächst haben wir Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass wir die gewünschte Boardgröße nicht auf Lager haben und es daher etwas länger dauert. Den Wing haben Sie bereits zwei Tage nach Ihrer Bestellung erhalten. Als wir die restlichen Artikel versendet haben, haben Sie die Bestellung storniert, was eine Rücksendung der Artikel notwendig machte. Da Sie eine Rücksendung vorgenommen haben, mussten wir den Wing zurückholen und überprüfen. Wir baten Sie, das Rücksendeformular auszufüllen, in dem steht, dass Rückerstattungen 7-14 Werktage dauern. Der Betrag wurde am 22.08. auf Ihr Bankkonto überwiesen, und Sie sagten, dass Sie den PayPal-Fall schließen würden. Wir haben Ihnen täglich E-Mails geschickt, um Ihnen zu helfen, und erst am 30.09. wurde das Problem gelöst und das Geld zurückerstattet.
