Had a contact twice with customer representative Ewa.

First time for a Loft Oxygen sail which they had difficulties sending because of a transport glitch at the delivery warehouse. Ewa asked me to have some patience and yes, it arrived soon after, well packaged, at my address in Belgium!

Second time some weeks later for a Select fin, which I accidently paid in PLN instead of EUR... it was my first bank transfer experience and I wasn't aware I needed to change the currency to EUR before transferring the amount. Due to currency rates EUR/PLN, the amount was some 8 EUR short. It wasn't the shop's fault but they nevertheless accepted my payment without asking to provide the 8.35 EUR.

So, in summary: very competitive prices, excellent customer service (very friendly and extremely quick to respond), quick delivery.

Perfect service.

Ma commande s'est bien passé et bien que n'ayant plus la voile Gaastra modèle 2025 en stock ils m'ont upgradé sur la 2026 ce qui est vraiment super .
Livraison impeccable il faut juste être un peu patient car livraison un peu longue mais ils ont toujours répondu à mes mails sérieusement en m'indiquant où ça en était
J'hésiterai pas à faire appel de nouveaux à eux en toute confiance.

La velas en sus cajas originales y sin un solo toque en las cajas, buena empresa de transporte. Por encima me enviaron un cheque de 50 euros para mi próxima compra. Ya tengo miradas varias cosillas. Muy contento. Recomendable.

It was such a pleasant experience to have ordered the foil board in Easy Surf Shop - I’ve been properly informed about every single step of packing and delivery. Once there was a delay on the DHL side, they’ve taken over the communication with the curriers and informed me about the progress. The board itself is amazing. I’ve rarely seen such a friendly detailed proactive customer communication from the water sports gear shops. Really glad to have chosen this shop to buy my new board! :-)

Easy/Surf team I want celebrate my wonderful experience with the world on your professionalism, honesty, patience with me on details on the Tabou 3S Plus windsurfing board. Adam and Doina guided me on the product, the money transfer, the delivery, and what to expect from the shipping team. Ka-Boom! Knocked it out of the park! I live in the USA and was hesitant to buy and ship a windsurfing board from Poland and after talking to Adam and Doina my spirits were lifted, my confidence in trusting the team to deliver the board safely, and the all importance of the money being safe and in the right hands. I would tell everyone if your looking for windsurfing products both Adam and Doina are windsurfers and they no their stuff, they know the products, payment choices, delivery situation, and they won my trust and encourage me to read reviews before I bought.
