Very Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend
I ordered an item in early January, and it took over two months to arrive. Despite repeated promises of shipping “next week,” the delivery was endlessly delayed. I had to contact my credit card provider to get any response from the seller.
Communication was poor and unreliable throughout. Although the item finally arrived, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

To clarify, your order included two separate items—the harness, which was shipped and delivered quickly, and the Duotone wing tube, which unfortunately took much longer. Most wing tubes are built to order directly by Duotone, and while we placed the order with them as soon as you ordered, we were not given a clear explanation for the extended delay.
We fully understand that this isn’t your fault, and we agree that communication on our side should have been better while you waited. We truly regret the frustration this caused you and appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Not in stock, long waiting, no updates
Early January I specifically asked if a sail was in stock. They told me if the website says in stock it is. So I ordered, and... it was not in stock. The would reorder and deliver mid March. I have send many emails to ask about the status, no reply . They promise to get back with info the same day, never happens..
Edit May 16: Then after posting the review above, they came back to me with the offer of a 2025 version. Off course they also did not deliver this. I cancelled my order and now I am waiting for weeks for the refund of the payment that I made.
Nightmare!!!

I placed my order more than a month ago. After 3 weeks from placeing the order (and many inquire emails from my side) they finally admitted they dont have that product. They promised the full refund one week ago but of course I still did not get it until now. I have already ordered surf gear from many sellers but this webshop is the worst.

Bought two windsurfing items, Dec 24 and early Jan 25 first was never in stock and other never sent out.
Refund agreed but just excuses and still no refund.
Avoid this lot.
Not sure if dishonest or just useless.

Surf-Store Please Refund my Money..........
Purchased a Windsurf sail on the 1st of January.
On the 2nd of January I requested to make a change to the order which was agreed to on the 4th of January.
After weeks of emails of promises, Surf-store finally told me the order was unavailable and out of stock.
Surf-store finally agreed for a refund on the 20th of February.
Now 6th of March, No refund and will not reply to emails.
Buyer Beware......
EDIT: Now 6th of May 2025 and Still no refund.
EDIT: 28th of May and again still no refund.
EDIT: 11th of June. Still no refund.
