I have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced I bought trainers as a Christmas gift which where delivered on the 15/12/2023 on the 26/12/23 I emailed to return as the trainers where to big it took 6 days to get a reply 31/12/2023 through email . They sent me a returns label to sent items back I had to print a label out at library which took me to the 5/01/2024 I tried to return at shop who said the label didn’t work so emailed again never got a reply till the 08/01/2024.As it had to be a DHL express which I finally found one in my area after being to 6 different shops . A you received the package as I have tracked on the 17/01/2024 an I have had no correspondence from your selves . I emailed yous yesterday to get an email today saying you would not be refunding my money appalling .

We are very sorry for your report. Your order was delivered on December 15th, you requested the return on December 25th and the return AWB was sent to you immediately after the company closed for the Christmas holidays.
We had a very long conversation via email because you were unable to send the package, and we explained to you that this was because you brought the package to DHL after the 14 days allowed by our return policy had expired.
Despite this, we were very kind to you and accepted your return, which arrived on January 17th, more than a month after receiving the order.
We inform you that the refund is not immediate, it takes 2/14 days for it to be issued.

UPDATE 25/01/24 : they finally refunded me , I will add two star to my review, simply because of the horrible return policy .
And may be because if I didn't write a review here my case would still be pending .

UPDATE 23/01/24 : I finally got an email after 14 days they said sorry because it says delivered but somehow they lost the package in their office ok ! , but now I have been refunded only 15 EUROS . I paid 290 euros . So what's the problem ?? where is the Rest ?? 275 euros ??
I sent back my shoes , and now it's been 14 days since they received it back , no email from them , no refund , nothing , this is an horrible customer service experience . Please do something and refund me back .

We appreciate what you write, but what we communicated to you via email is different. We have informed you that the delay in the refund was caused because the package was lost by the courier, not by us in our warehouses.
The refund was made to you both of the 15 euros of priority shipping that you paid at the time of purchase, and of the entire amount of the order, only that since they are managed by different management systems the emails arrive at different times.
To apologize for the delay, we have also avoided deducting the shipping costs of the return, which we will shoulder, despite our return policy providing that the return is always at the expense of the customer.

Expectation Exceeded
First, I was hesitant to order from the shop and why is it so good deal? Then, I decided to order as I'm going to pay anyway thru Paypal. And I cannot believed the experienced I had with them. I got the item in 2days!!! From Italy to UK. Yes I paid the custom tax, so what?! as long as I still save a lot in the end. Perfect fit. Perfect Packaging, Super fast delivery. Well, this is just from my own experience that's why I'm giving them 5stars. If possible more stars I would give them more. I wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future and refer them to my friends and families.

Good selection but not very accurate description
Good selection with a reasonable fast shipping, but the online descriptions for sizing is not clear, the color of pictures is off and especially the return policies will stop me to shop more there.
Changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 star
Editing my earlier review after I did a measurement comparison for the items I received with the same items on the Max Mara website.
I ordered correct size, and have so many Max Mara items in my closet, I know their size very well.
The issue of the size off I mentioned earlier is that I ordered a size Small for both of my Max Mara sweaters but the items I received seems like a size Extra Small or XXS, I even realized the size issue right after I took the items out of the shipping box. Especially very upset is that today I compared the same items on Max Mara website, the total length of the items is about 8 cm or 2-2.5 ins shorter. The sizing issue I have really need to make people thinking twice before they buy anything from their website.
Just hope Suit Negozi Staff can provide a good explanation or solution to fix the issue quickly.

all the images and descriptions on our site are taken daily by our photographers, we are very sorry you found some color discrepancies with the physical product, but this very slight difference could have arisen from the flashes and photographic material used during shooting , but thanks to your note we will try to improve and be more precise.
We will inform our copywriters to be more detailed with the descriptions, so that our future customers do not run into any errors.
As regards the size scale, unfortunately we cannot do anything to change it, as it is imposed by the brand and being, in your case, an international size scale (you purchased sweaters that are available on our site in sizes XS-S-M-L)
For future purchases we recommend that you consult our "SIZE GUIDE" so that you can compare the reference size with the other size scales present in it.
We remind you that not all items have the same fit even though they are from the same brand. The fit changes a lot from the material with which they are produced, from the model and from the fit itself.
Furthermore, since we are not the producers of the items, but in this case Max Mara, we must stick to the sizes that the Brand produces and sends us, we have no freedom to change the sizes as we wish.
We are also sorry that you find our return policy inappropriate, we are working hard to improve it.

I ordered a hoodie from this site and the order was cancelled for absolutely no reason. Their excuse was that the hoodie wasn’t for sale even though on the site it was saleable. Anyway the money hasn’t been refunded on my credit card yet. I sent an email to ask what will happen with my money and their answer was “call your bank”

I tried to contact by phone and by mail; i didn't have any answer from you. I wanted to return an article because the size wasn't good; but I didn't get the return shipment paper; so I still couldn't return it the article. No one answered me to this issue. The worst was by phone; I just started to speak in english and turn off the call.
Can I have someone to solve my problem; because the deadline was passed because of your lack of communication.
Very bad experience.
