The return policy here is scammy
The return policy here is scammy. I got a product delivered to the US and did not have to pay customs however, now that I want to return it they’re expecting to pay customs (20% ) and won’t return the full money. I didn’t pay customs when I bought the item, so why would I have to pay to return it? Makes no sense and I’ve never had this issue with other websites

Impossible ,,,,since you cannot even contact them via email.

There is no return sticker in the parcel box. No return possible . No reply on emails as well

There is no return sticker in the parcel box. DHL doe not accept the express package because I do not have a sicker of suitnegozi. Trying to reach suitnegozi is not possible. Answering the phone they slam it down because she said she does not speak English. Email to order@suitnegozi how to return some items which do not fit. No reply at all! Unbelievable!

Horrible Shipping Experience
There was a mistake as the declared value on waybill and amount on invoice did not match. My order has already been stuck in Customs due to this for over a week. No one from Suit Negozi has responded to any Email, Instagram Message, even Phone Call to help sort this out. I just want to get my order or a refund instead.

I ordered a purse from this company
I ordered a purse from this company. There website’s states no custom charges all included. Well that was far from the truth. DHL held my package until $143.00 was paid within 5 days or it would be returned. I reach out to the company and they mentioned it would be taken care of. Day 2 still outstanding. I paid the charge hoping to get refunded. After it was paid they would not respond back and I’m still waiting. I even sent proof and receipt that I took care of it. Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from the again. Buyer beware!!
Now they want to respond. They had plenty enough time to resolve this. Just talk and no results! Again my experience has not change. Send my money back!!!

We are sorry that your experience on our site has been negative. When you contacted us by email we asked you not to pay the duties that were charged to you because we would have taken care of it by requesting DHL to charge them to our account number.
This procedure must be approved by them and is almost never immediate.
Before refunding you we must communicate with DHL again and request that we receive a receipt for what you have paid in order to refund you the correct amount as soon as possible.

Return process
Hi! I purchased a bag and shoe Order No. ROW10874 which were received promptly. I absolutely love the bag but the shoes do not fit right. I have sent emails to both customer service emails and still waiting for a response regarding a return label.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied. Your return was processed immediately once you submitted your return request, otherwise you would not have been able to send us the item and receive a refund. Your refund does not match the amount paid during the order phase because our company policy provides that returns are always at the customer's expense.
If necessary, we will send you the receipt that DHL provides us once the package arrives at customs and the customs duties relating to your return are calculated, which are subsequently deducted from the refund.

Fraud with returning item
Used shop's return label for return of item and shop claimed item was never returned. Item is already offered again in the online shop. This is fraud!
EDIT: I have gone back and forth with the customer service multiple times, provided the tracking information and all details. They claim I have never sent off the package which is clearly documented by the tracking system of DHL. Returned item is for sale again. This is a case for Italian criminal prosecutors.
EDIT#2: You have been provided with the proof that the parcel was sent off: The tracking# you have is still working and you know it. And you did not restock all sizes but only the one I returned.
EDIT#3: I have uploaded YOUR return label and it shows the tracking# that is working and confirms the return shipping was made. I am not responsible for the shipping provider (DHL) provided by you. I have explained this multiple times and will hand the case over to an Italian lawyer and Italian authorities.

There are no other tracking codes working, as ONLY this was generated for the return that corresponds to your order. If you have used other AWBs NOT supplied by us to return the parcel, unfortunately we are not responsible for any loss caused by a courier who does not have an employment contract with us.
We will be happy to refund you once you return the item.
