Avoid!

I received a Gucci bag with visible stains and marks - the condition that strongly suggests that it was either a returned item or a display piece.
I contacted customer service immediately, provided a video evidence, and reported the issue as soon as I opened the package. The entire unboxing was recorded, so there is no basis for suggesting that the damage was caused after delivery or by me.
Suit Negozi offers a 14-day return policy, but after reading numerous negative reviews from other customers, I genuinely did not feel comfortable sending the bag back. I was concerned that I could end up without both the bag and my money, so I decided to keep all the evidence and wait for customer service to respond.
Unfortunately, they never did. My complaint has been completely ignored. No explanation, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. For a retailer selling luxury goods, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Never received my package of more than €1800 and no service at all

I made an order on the 23rd of May with a total order of more than €1800 of Gucci clothing. Before this order made two other orders with Gucci clothing of a value of almost €3000. No problems than but now with this order the package is lost and I have received not the proper service what so ever from their customerservice, than telling me that I am responsible for the lost package because I used their contracted courier parcel package point option. UPS lost it and now as we speak 20th of June still no package or refund. My advice nice boutique with nice clothing though but most important not the proper service at all what you would expect from a company like this as a high designer boutique. I am a fanatic online shopper from various designers from Gucci, Moncler, Prada, Dior etc. Never ever have I experienced a service like this and I am ordering for like more than 20 years online with high designer boutiques like Farfetch, Cettire, Julian Fashion, Spinnaker boutique etc. I work in Retail for a very huge organization world wide for almost 16 years and in my point of view regarding service towards a customer, a customer can never ever held responsible for a lost package. If I didn’t made the payment through my creditcard I lost nearly more than €1800. As last option I am using the chargeback option. So my advice don’t order here and if you do dont pay directly but through creditcard, Paypal and Klarna because they offer protection if a package get lost or is not delivered. Normally I dont write reviews but because of this experience I had to write a review and inform people so that they won’t have to experience what I did. So for me not a recommended boutique despite the fact it looks nice and they do have great promotions though. Be warned because they won’t give you the service what they are obligated to do by law. In the EU the seller is always responsible for the package untill the buyer receives the package. That’s why as a buyer you cant file in a claim by UPS but only the seller ;) so because of that fact UPS follows the law correctly otherwise it was possible to file in a claim as a buyer but it isn’t.

Prada Shoes Arrived Damaged

I ordered Prada shoes at their website. The shoes arrived in very bad condition, as if they were already used (visible scratches, dirty sole, etc.). Of course I decided to return the shoes.

A week later I received an e-mail that they REFUSE my return, trying to blame me for the bad condition of the shoes! Of course I do not accept this and will take further steps if they do not reconsider.

So far, I absolutely do NOT recommend ordering here.

We regret your dissatisfaction, but we believe it is necessary to publicly clarify the circumstances of the incident to ensure transparency for all our users.
Our company subjects each individual item to a rigorous quality control check before shipping. As mentioned in the email, we have detailed photographic documentation (front and back) of the item and video footage from our video surveillance system attesting to the product's perfect condition when packaged.
Upon receipt of the return, we found signs of use (wear and dirt on the sole, upper with visible signs of use) that were absolutely not present upon shipment. As a company policy and to ensure that each customer receives only new products that meet our luxury standards, we cannot accept returns of items showing signs of wear.
We have already responded privately and are fully available to present such documentary evidence (pre-shipment photos and inspection videos) to your bank or the relevant authorities in the event of a formal dispute.
Our priority remains the quality of our products and the satisfaction of all our customers, to whom we will never offer non-compliant items.

Stay away from this company.

I purchased luxury shoes for 690 EUR, but they arrived with visible leather defects, loose areas, and signs of deformation from the very beginning. The condition worsened significantly after only one wear, which is completely unacceptable for a luxury product at this price point.

The shoes were delivered on May 21st, and I contacted the seller the very next day to request a return. Despite providing clear photographic evidence, the seller responded several days later and refused my refund request.

The company claimed that the shoes had been worn multiple times. However, I have dated photographs taken on the day of delivery (May 21st) clearly showing the loose leather and poor condition of the shoes from the start.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I have therefore submitted formal complaints to my bank and the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Perfect

Perfect, genuine items, fast shipping even though I chose standard. The most amazing customer service, fast reply and they are very helpful. It is my third bag from them, I now bought YSL loulou and it is stunning and really nice wrapped. 2 other bags were YsL GABY Vanity and Gucci Ophidia. All amazing. They had some discounts on the web. Best Experience, you should ckeck❤️

Misleading process and awful customer service!

I placed and fully paid for an order, received confirmation, and only afterwards the order was cancelled due to a “pricing error”.

For a retailer positioning itself within the luxury segment, this is simply not an acceptable standard. Presenting an item as available, taking payment, and confirming the order, only to cancel it later, is highly misleading.

What made the situation worse was the communication, which was frankly awful! The responses were generic, dismissive, and lacked any real attempt to provide a meaningful resolution. Offering a standard public discount code (which had already been used for the original purchase) only reinforced the impression of poor customer care.

Overall, this experience falls far below what one would expect from a luxury retailer.

UPD:
After my review, the company replied with a standard policy-based response, avoiding the actual issue.

Repeating “terms and conditions” does not change the fact that a confirmed and paid order was cancelled, with no meaningful resolution offered.

The company claims that a “solution” was provided. In reality, the only thing offered was a standard public discount code – the same one already used for the original purchase, and not even applicable to the item in question. Referring to this as a solution speaks for itself.

This response only reinforces my initial impression of poor, non customer-oriented service.

Ho avuto il piacere di visitare questo negozio di grandi marchi e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. L’ambiente è curato, elegante e ben organizzato, con una selezione di prodotti di alta qualità che soddisfa i gusti più esigenti.
Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a consigliare senza essere invadente. In particolare, voglio fare un ringraziamento speciale a Danilo, che si distingue per la sua professionalità, la sua cordialità e la sua capacità di mettere il cliente a proprio agio. Si vede chiaramente che ama il suo lavoro e che ci mette passione vera in quello che fa.Grazie ai suoi consigli ho trovato esattamente quello che cercavo, e l’esperienza di acquisto è stata davvero piacevole. My package was stuck
In customs. DHL requested info
Only the seller can provide.
After reaching out via email(since go figure there’s no customer service number to speak to a human) multiple times
They claimed it was cleared. It was not
I reached out again and again
They told me to be patient as it take time to clear, only to get a message from dhl the package is getting retired to sender.
I requested a refund since the package was getting sent back and after another 2 weeks the said they would only
Give me a partial refund!!!! On top of it all their responses were extremely
Condescending and nasty. I had to dispute the charge
I will never make another purchase again to suit negozi

We apologize for your inconvenience, but we believe it is essential to clarify the circumstances based on DHL's official records to provide a transparent view of the incident to the reader.

Our investigations reveal that, after our prompt intervention on February 2nd to complete the missing documentation, the DHL operations team contacted the recipient by telephone on February 6th to request information that, by law, is the sole responsibility of the importer. Despite our attempts to contact the recipient and following the instructions on the dedicated portal, the lack of response within the expected timeframe forced the courier to initiate the return process on February 12th.

Customs regulations are established by the authorities of the destination country, and the sender does not have the legal authority to act as the recipient when requests concern personal data or import authorizations. Regarding partial refunds, our policy stipulates that if a shipment is returned to sender due to the recipient's failure to cooperate with customs authorities, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

We firmly reject the accusation of being unpleasant, as we provided unwavering support while we were able to resolve the issue. Invoking a chargeback, despite evidence of our correctness and the authorities' failure to respond, further complicates the resolution of the case. We remain available to provide all official DHL documentation to support our position.
