ci dispiace molto che la sua esperienza non sia stata positiva.
Qualche giorno fa abbiamo ricevuto un avviso dai nostri sales assistant i quali ci hanno comunicato di aver ricevuto una chiamata in Boutique da parte sua. Gli stessi, non avendo gli strumenti per aiutarla, le hanno gentilmente richiesto il numero di telefono sul quale potessimo ricontattarla dal reparto e-commerce, affinché riuscissimo ad esaudire la sua richiesta, ma ai nostri numerosi tentativi il suo contatto telefonico risultava fuori servizio.
Non avendo nessun ordine registrato a suo nome nei nostri gestionali le chiediamo la cortesia mandarci una mail a order@suitnegozi.com e darci maggiori informazioni riguardo al suo acquisto in modo da avere modo di aiutarla.

Ordered a designer loafers ( Alexander McQueen) and in less than 2 months the Sohle was detached from the upper shoe . Connected the store then i waited for a long time , then send the shoes back for repair , waited 2 months for them . And after a 3 weeks of use the same problem occurred again . Contacted the store several times and they do not want fo repair or take them back or anything at all . Now I’m taking legal action ! This is a joke , it never happened to me in Germany . Maybe in Italia the rules doesn’t work but let’s see who has more rights now

We are so sorry that your experience was not positive.
As soon as you notified us of the problem relating to your shoes, we immediately opened a return procedure in the company with McQUEEN, who after some checks and assessments accepted the return and repaired your used shoes free of charge. We warned you in advance that this return procedure would take from 3 to 8 weeks to complete, and once we received the OK from you we proceeded to have the McQUEEN craftsmen repair your shoes. We have asked you more than once to send the shoes as the return to the company is valid for 15 days. Once we received the shoes they were sent immediately for repair, once the procedure was completed we informed you that your shoes were repaired as McQueen deemed appropriate, informing you that the internal fabric near the heels was NOT repaired as the damage was caused by wearing the shoes.
You sent us an email after two months telling us that the problem has arisen again and we have opened a return ticket with the company again.
Once we received our information from the Alexander McQueen company they told us the following:
"We confirm that the shoe has already been inspected by our footwear production technicians and the repair was deemed suitable and compliant.
The state of wear of the shoe does not allow further repairs.
We are sorry but we cannot proceed with further technical assistance on the affected pair."
When the companies of which we are official resellers refuse returns to the company, we cannot in any way contest or repair the defective items independently.

This was my first time ordering from Suit Negozi and not only was it the only place I found two items that I couldn't find anywhere else at such a good price, both items were delivered quickly and of course perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you very much - I am delighted

Ich muss eine Lanze für Suit Negozi brechen. Bin reguläre Kundin und bin mit den Einkäufen sehr zufrieden. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, da man sich im Vorfeld darüber informiert, ob es eine kostenfreie Rücksendung gibt!
Einzig der Kundenservice ist ausbaufähig.

Great deals, but awful return policy. It cost over $130 to ship back and also paid over $40 to ship to me. Completely not worth the discounts

as communicated via email, your package was delivered on 26 January 2024 at 08.51 to Suazo, we have also attached the proof of delivery where there is a signature.
Once the package has been delivered and signed for correctly, unfortunately we cannot complain about anything to the courier and we are not responsible if someone collected the package on your behalf without notifying you.
You must necessarily contact DHL and request the disavowal of the signature, we cannot do it for you.

Sie verschicken Produkte mit Fehlern und selbst wenn der Designer (in meinem Fall Loewe) versichert, dass es sich um eine Abweichung handelt und ich den Gürtel zurückschicken soll, bestehen sie darauf, dass es ja den Gebrauch nicht beeinträchtigen würde und weigern sich ein Retourelabel zu senden. Horror Service. Macht euren Laden am Besten zu, wenn ihr so einen schäbigen Kundenservice bietet.

As anticipated several times via email, all LOEWE items are handcrafted and produced with unique materials and leather.
We sent you a belt in perfect condition (from your photos you can also see the protective sticker on the hardware) which has the cross on the hole not perfectly marked, explaining that each hole is produced in an artisanal way and that any minimal variation in shape can be natural and should not be considered a defect.
You didn't trust us and wrote to a Loewe automatic assistance chat, with which we also interfaced (despite having our AFTERSALESE LOEWE department aimed at assisting official partners) and we showed you that they too they communicated that that sign does not affect the QUALITY first and then the use of the belt.
Despite this, we granted you the return and sent the AWB yesterday, so we are very sorry that you wrote all this even though it is not truthful.
