Da evitare fortemente.
Vergognoso. Non mi sono mai sentita così a disagio.
Mesi fa, ho orndinato una borsa direttamente dal sito. La transazione fu quasi perfetta. Quindi in viaggio in Italia da una settimana, sono voluta andare per comprarmi una borsa di spiaggia Loewe. Siamo il 19 di Luglio e verso le 20, prima di andare a mangiare, siamo entrati in boutique.
Prima cosa, neanche un saluto, seconda cosa, appena entrati, un ragazzo moro con camicia blu, pur non salutandoci si è messo a seguirci come se fossimo chi sa che ladri.
Ci ha seguito assolutamente ovunque, l’ho guardato pure con interrogazione ma nulla da fare!
Se fossi maleducata, farei notare al signorino che guadagno sicuramente 3 o 4 volte il suo misero stipendio eppure, sono stata una signora e me ne sono andata salutando. Ma senza la borsa. E non ordinerò mai più nulla da loro. « Finito » come si dice in Italiano.
Nella vita, certi soggetti dovrebbero imparare l’umiltà e l’educazione. Puoi, in effetti, lavorare in un ambiente lussuosa e valere poco come persona! L’eleganza non si compra fortunatamente!!
Pour les Français, rien à dire sur les envois mais si vous vous déplacez en boutique, je vous conseille soit d’éviter soit de vous comporter de façon impolie. Tout comme ils se permettent de le faire avec le client.

we are sorry that the item you purchased did not meet your expectations.
We would like to inform you that all items that leave our warehouses pass numerous quality checks before they are delivered to customers, both by us and by the relevant Brand of which we are official retailers.
We reviewed the photos you sent us on June 6 with respect to the defect you found, responding that the item had no problem visible to the human eye but that we would still grant you a return, provided that once we received the wallet it would undergo all quality checks again and once we found that it was in perfect condition as shipped to you, the return would be at your expense as our policy states.
We had the wallet inspected by our experts and as we anticipated to you by email the item found no signs of wear or stripe, reasoning that we proceeded to refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping cost.
We are very bitter because of your behavior, it is not polite and respectful to discredit a Boutique that for 30 years has been committed to satisfying the needs of its customers while maintaining high quality standards of the Brands of which it is a reseller, finding non-existent defects to circumvent the company policy that determines that the return is always charged to the customer, except in cases where the item is visibly defective.
