FRAUDSTERS. Stay away from this company. They refused to accept my return citing the item as “crumpled” and unsellable, even though it was brand new with tags, shipping through their carrier, DHL. The “crumpling” was a completely natural occurrence of fabric and when I got the item back went away within a few hours.

Fantastic Deals on Authentic Gucci – Highly Recommend!
I recently purchased a pair of Gucci Sneakers, a Gucci Belt, and a Gucci Messenger Bag from Suit Negozi, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The items arrived in perfect condition, well-packed and carefully handled. Although they didn’t come in the original Gucci boxes, they did include dust bags, which I appreciate.

I received a sweater with stains around the neck, which meant someone had worn it before. I requested the return and was shocked!
They charged me 10 euros for shipping, and now I am requesting an additional 22 euros for return shipping.
I have never experienced this from any site before.
How's this possible?

It’s my first transaction with Suitnegozi, so far so good. All items ordered arrived in good conditions. Just in mind, they don’t came with their own luxury box, but as long as the items are in great condition, I don’t mind.
