Unfortunately, I was not aware of the fact that the APEX Ahtlete Series App requires a phone to have a gyroscope feature. Maybe I have overseen this information on the STATSports website or in the Google Play Store, or such specs are simply missing.

5 stars for the customer support team though - very helpful and very quick.

Great product although I have miss placed/ had my tracker stolen this can not be tracked ( frustrating also ordered a new 1 has been delivered but have to speak to customer service to have old tracker removed but no response can not call tried live chat no response the process is very frustrating and still no resolution at this point

After abit off trouble with getting my parcel delivered due to my mistake off no house number, statsports have contacted me pretty quickly and said they are happy to send me the same order out when it arrives at the warehouse. I’m happy bc they understood I made a mistake and didn’t charge me anything extra to redeliver my order

Not working with Android Phone, the phone number in northern ireland is invalid and once you engage the refund process Statsport stop replying back to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN

Jeg købte en pulsvest i forkert størrelse og måtte returnere for bestille den i en ny størrelse.
Da jeg skulle returnere den, betalte jeg ekstra for at være sikker på, at den nåede frem og ellers ville den blive returneret til mig. Da virksomheden er uden for EU koster returneringen langt mere end normalt. Jeg betalte 211 kroner for at returnere pulsvesten.

Desværre kom pakken med pulsvesten tilbage til mig. Jeg bad så Statsport om at betale returneringen, da de jo må have givet mig en forkert adresse eller på anden vis ikke har styr på deres returvarer.
De vil de ikke, men svarer at de undtagelsesvist vil se bort fra, at pakken bliver returneret for sent.
Jeg har aldrig prøvet så dårlig kundeservice før.

Lad være med at købe noget hos Statsport. Du bliver ruineret og skal bruge oceaner af tid på at skrive frem og tilbage med dem. De er i øvrigt meget langsomme til at svare.

I got an email back on the same day and the problem was solved instantly, very good service.

Had it for just over a year now and it’s a fantastic piece of kit, just recently had a bit of a mishap with it during training and my son took a heavy fall onto it and was badly winded so was on the floor for a while (in a puddle) little bit of water ingress had sadly damaged it but their response dealing with it and sort g a replacement was exemplary, first class product and first class company 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Brilliant customer service

Purchased GPS, Bra and a long sleeve. All was working properly until it died on its own which I emailed the customer service about. They replied that there is nothing they can do or point in the right direction and they offered me 20%.

I needed some time to save money so I can buy a new one with the new discount to be surprised that the discount has expired and they won’t renew it for me.

Shocking customer service.

Update: This has now been resolved and I have been offered the original 20% back. I upped it to 4 stars as the response was quick.
