I purchased this the Christmas before last for my son. Couldn't pair and customer service poor.
An expensive vest/bra for £200

Mega godt sted og et godt produkt jeg har nu købt to og skal til at købe min tredje og der er ikke noget bedre en det det er nok det bedste produkt jeg har haft brugt i så lang tid og det er en mega godt pris elsker seriøst det produgt og statsport

Purchase arrived all OK, then sync issue appeared however Tech Team solved it on the 3rd day after reported the issue with resetting the account. Connection works like a charm, now we are about to test the accuracy of measurement. So far good experiences, however still have to start in real sport environment.

I had bought the heart rate monitor but when it arrived I couldn't get it connected then I read about the product again and it said at the bottom that you can only connect it if you have a gps tracker and I can't get it sent back either because I live in Belgium and it doesn't manage to send back

It’s utter garbage. Just to test it, I turned it on & didn’t move for 10/15mins, then synced it (surprised it synced, as normally doesn’t work) it said I’ve moved 2k. It’s a SCAM.

Awful rubbish that’s completely unreliable data. Non of the sports stars use it. Marketing nonsense. I know loads of people with same issues at club. Will be selling online to some poor unsuspecting person.

At first the tracker wouldn't pair but with help from their team it is working well now and there are no other problems. Great service.

Very disappointed. Their sizing chart is completely off. We followed their measurements and the size YL arrived enormous. I had to return at my expense $56 and re ordered YS which was tiny! I’m not going to bother trying to return again as it’s too expensive. The company doesn’t work with you even though it’s their error misleading customers with their completely off sizing chart. Waste of our money

In response to your comment - I had to pay $57 for the return! You didn’t offer to exchange for free therefore it was cheaper for me to return and repurchase when it went on sale and sizing was still completely off with new vest. I properly followed the size chart on your website.

The costumer services were truly helpful and quick! In less than an hour the problem was solved.

At first my tracker wouldn’t connect but after two emails with support they told me how to fix it and now it works.

Excellent customer support

Inadvertently ordered the same product twice and when this was noticed I contacted customer service. The promptness in acknowledging my email and investigating the matter was excellent. The issue was resolved very quickly and the experience only serves to enhance my view of how well this business is run where positive customer experience is a key cornerstone.
