A tool to improve safely
I've been using STATSports for my past 4 seasons of football, and it's been a great indicator of my fitness levels. The app has showed me when to ease on intensity in my training and when I could have given more. I've seen a lot of physical development using the STATSports app, especially in speed using their speed programme last summer

Good purchase, super complete GPS for this football game with various statistics/metrics, fast delivery. I was only disappointed with the pack that came with socks for a child who wears size 42. They allowed returns, but the return cost is very high. I liked the product and would buy it again. Thank you.

Love the academy app
Love the academy app, it genuinely helps me plan training sessions for my son outside of his normal team training schedule. We use it to benchmark where he was week to week and we can see if he improves or takes a dip in form. Before, we had an idea of how he played but now the numbers show what a good day looks like, so we always try to hit these numbers in our sessions.

How Is This a “Professional” Product?
This is the worst purchase I’ve made in a long time. I bought the STATSports Apex because the branding is everywhere, TV, academies, grassroots clubs, so I trusted the reputation. Big mistake.
The device refuses to connect to my Android phone. Not once. Not ever. I’ve done every reset, reinstall, and workaround imaginable. Nothing works.
For something sold as a premium, professional-grade tool, this is shockingly poor. If STATSports is going to market to everyday players and parents, the least they can do is ensure the product actually functions.
STATSports, please respond. This isn’t acceptable.
I’m very surprised to hear you say you have no record of my complaint, because I have emails going back to 26th February where I reported the exact same pairing issue. I contacted your support team at the time, explained the problem in detail, and received no meaningful help or resolution.
To be absolutely clear:
• I have contacted STATSports support before
• I have email threads dated 26th February
• I have purchased the device twice
• I have attempted to sync it on two different Android phones and one iPhone
• Both devices failed in exactly the same way
• This is clearly not an isolated issue, as many other customers report the same problem
So when you say you have “no documentation”, it feels like bad faith. The emails exist, the dates exist, and the issue has been ongoing for months.
I’m providing this clarification so you can properly acknowledge the history of this complaint and address it honestly.

Support was very slow
Support was very slow - only 1 message a day despite fast responses to their requests and took a week to resolve an issue that could have been fixed in a day with proper attention and communication. It felt like nobody was taking ownership of the issue until I raised the level my son plays at (had England scouts watch him) and that I would raise on social media
I sent multiple emails and videos but felt like responses were generic
I can understand time to resolve an issue but it was the lack of ownership and generic responses that I feel let down by - keeping in mind this product has only been used for 4 months

Great produce, brilliant after sales support
The tracker has worked really well and my some loves using it. He says it’s very comfortable and he really enjoys looking at his stats and trying to improve on them each time. The videos on the app are great too. We had a problem with the tracker and the team were really helpful and quick in trying to resolve the issue and then supplying a replacement when those steps didn’t work. Would definitely recommend to anybody who has kids that love football.

Realicé el pedido con envío express pagando un extra de dinero. No obstante llegó tarde.
Al recibir el producto, todo perfectamente empaquetado y bien.
No obstante, empezaron los problemas.
Por un lado el HRM, en la caja, se puede leer "Compatibles con relojes deportivos".... No es verdad.
Por otro lado el tracker y la aplicación... la aplicación en un primer momento sí que "detectó" el tracker y puede sincronizarlo. Luego apagué el tracker y al volverlo a encender ya no lo reconocía. Eso pasó hace 4 días. Y desde 4 días no se resuelve el caso ni hay información actualizada y sigo sin poder utilizar los servicios contratados por los que pagué una suma importante de dinero. En 4 días el soporte técnico y la atención al cliente solo me han respondido dos veces. Y desde hace más de dos días no dicen nada y no sé qué está pasando. Busco alternativas con otras empresas. Pienso en devolver el producto porque me siento decepcionado y engañado.
Customer service regarding unexpected shipping charge
Unfortunately, customs charges for international orders have affected shipping costs for businesses operating outside of the US and the incurred costs are passed along to customers. STATSports is not immune and I was left with a bill from FedEx for these extra fees in a recent transaction. After a few email exchanges, as a measure of goodwill, STATSports made things right, and my dispute has been resolved.

I've been working with this company for three years, using custom sensors.
There were times when support was slow.
But in the last year, the company has improved its service, updated its command system, and customer support has reached a new level.
I also got acquainted with the new command system and was impressed by the new metrics, the new sensors, and the entire system.

The company can improve their online and email support. We have had over 3 weeks of issues trying to get the tracker connected to the app and fully charged and continue to get the same responses from the support emails every though we tell them numerous times we have done the steps they have suggested.

The product works properly after a long time. I am dissapointed from the fact that although I purchased the product 2 months ago, only a few days ago I managed to use it. I encouter on a continuous basis sync issues with my Android mobile device and I had to wait for a long time (almost 2 months) since the StatSports released an updated app to fix the bug / issue.

Good value for money
My journey with Statsport Apex tracker started not as good as I tought in advance. I choose Statsport because I wanted the best value for my money, without extra monthy/yearly subscriptions.
I quickly received my order but my tracker was faulty. I exchanged a lot of email with the customer support due to the syncing issues I had (both on Android and iOS).
After several attempts I asked them to replace the tracker. Everything went smooth there and I quickly received a new, replacement tracker.
After that the new tracker worked properly but only with the iOS Academy app. They released several updates on the Android app based on my feedbacks / problems very quickly. And finally, everything is working properly now. I am able to sync my sessions and check the metrics with the Android app.
I would like to highlight the professionalism I experienced during my case(s) at the customer support. And how fast they released the fixes and version upgrades for their Android app.
Now I am a happy customer of their service and tracker. Regardless of the problems I had, I would say the tracker and its accessories are high quality, well built items. I can safely recommend them if you want a good value tracker and service to check your metrics as individual player.

I can’t even sync the tracker is horrible I’ve been trying for the past 2 days following all the right steps and I haven’t tracked a single thing I need this fixed immediately or i will be contacting my bank
