The pod and app all arrived and downloaded, and an excited son, who paid out of his own saved money. However, the pod/tracker works for several sessions, it then gets stuck downloading, and you have to reset the app/pod, losing all of your saved sessions. You then reach out to Statsports, who reply after a week, then tell you to reset/re-download apps, etc., etc., etc., and now the process restarts. Really frustrating, as I have no confidence now in the pod or the company. In theory, it should all work really well, not sure if they have changed manufacturers or dumbed down the Pods, etc. I simply would like a reliable tracker that works for my son.

Chaque fois, cela charge et puis quand on arrive à la fin du pourcentage l application se ferme.
J aimerai une aide pour resoudre ce problème.

I bought a trucker and vest set. The GPS wouldn't connect or send data to my phone. I sent the set back to Statsports and haven't received a refund. It's been a month. They're a bunch of thieves.

Fiz minha encomenda no dia 9/2 pagando envio em 24 horas e não aconteceu.
Eles deram a desculpa que teve problema no armazém e depois enviaram e-mail falando que iria entregar dia 12/2.
Entrei em contato com a Fedx e o pacote não saiu do país e que vai ser entregue dia 18/2 e com isso atrasou o trabalho que tinha que começar no dia 11/2 junto ao clube.
Deram a desculpas e falaram que iam devolver o valor de envio 24hs.
Demoram 3 dias para enviarem um e-mail falando toda essa informação a cima.
Gostaria de saber do prejuízo desses dias de treinamento sem o GPS e o jogo que vai ocorrer nesse domingo que é o primordial para registo do atleta.
Felizmente comprei um só, imagine se fosse para uma equipe toda e para outros escalões com certeza isso não ocorreria

Having a very frustrating experience with the product. The pod never shows up on the bluetooth list on my phone and is hit and miss as to when it connects/pairs. The academy app doesnt have background maps available yet so I was told to use the Apex app until this issue is sorted. Logged out of academy app and loaded the apex app. The apex app says that the pod should show a pairing code which you enter on the apex app. No code shows up on the Pod. Basically the pod I have is not fit for purpose at present. As it stands, I would not recommend purchasing.

I ordered the Academy package including HR monitor.
The first issue, the Tracker would not connect to a phone, we then tried multiple phones, followed countless instructions to reset the tracker, none of which worked. Statsports then asked us to send the tracker back.
However the biggest issue is the customer service.
This can only be done via email, the responses are slow, I have had to chase up several times, and to date I have sent the tracker back, no acknowledgement Statsport have received it, no replacement has arrived.

I very much get the impression Academy users/individuals are second rate to team users.

This was a Christmas present for my son, which as if the 4th February he has not been able to use.

Statsport, if you read this please be proactive and respond to ticket no. 160827.

They are helpfull with anything you need, answer fast, and everything was great,

Customer service poor, communication worse!

Been chasing them for several days as tracking isn’t updating on my order that that I placed a week ago. Sick of chasing them already, seems I’ll have to contact my bank.

Support Team reached me in a short amount of time and helped with working suggestions.

Amazing customer service and helped me resolve my problems.

tracker will not connect and the factory reset is stuck in a loop or saying unpluggin to init, when the 30 seconds runs out it tell me its charging without any cable in it.

Good service, quick replying, politeness, easy instructions, good communication between members of the staff so they come back to you with essential info and answers to your issue!

I had a difficulties with delivery. My order wasn't delivered at the specified address. It was the courier fault and the STATSports was ready to send the new item istead.
In 2 days the parcel was found and delivered. This means the company is ready to do its best to solve problems.

Initially a little slow to respond but sorted out the problem I had with my tracker

I’m not convinced, it’s really hard to get the thing connected, tonight is first time it did , and the feedback on it is lousy, unless we arnt using it correctly. It’s a lot of money and so confusing to use. Very disappointed

Very good service from helpline - although perhaps a little slow to respond, maybe because of the Christmas hols. Spotted out the problem.

Great customer service! The instructions were very clear to follow and helped a lot!
Had to wait for a reply on week days but it was the Xmas holiday so I guess on normal days it will be fine!

I ordered a set for my son to be delivered to Poland as a Christmas gift on December 16, 2025, paying extra for express shipping.
On December 18, I received a shipping notification.
In the meantime, any attempts to contact customer support by email were met with the same trivial response: “Due to increased pre-holiday traffic, responses may be delayed.”
In 2025? What a farce...
An order with paid express delivery arrived on December 29, 2025.
The set is now lying unused in a corner, because neither my son nor I have the heart to even turn it on.
I have already booked a courier for this coming Monday and will be returning the product.
At this price point, the level of customer service is a mockery.

Wir sind schon seit längerem im Besitz von vier Trackern im Amateurbereich. Ich finde die Verwaltung sehr aufwendig. Die Tracker-Mobiltelefon-Kopplung ist sehr schwierig. Beim Upload kommt es häufig zu Unterbrechungen. Heat-Maps werden sehr häufig nicht angezeigt.

The tracker hasn’t tracked a session since October I’ve been messaging back and forth for a resolution but to no avail! I’ve sent 5 messages since 19th December an no response so trying here! Disappointed as this isn’t a cheap product and it’s not working very very very poor customer service
