Fantastic customer service from Spiral! I got in touch regarding my order and they promptly sent it out on an express delivery!

T shirt designs were really good unfortunately the was a hole in the left arm of my death stare long sleeve t shirt

Prices are good, quality of materials are good and the designs are great

Sent the wrong size. I paid for delivery when ordered and had to pay delivery to return as completely the wrong size.

Gut. Gut!!!

After I made my purchase from this website I started getting threatening e mails requesting 600 dollars in bitcoins or they would download all my personal information to the dark web. I dont want my order any more and am requesting a full refund. Plus I haven't even received my order and it has been since the end of February. The website is not user friendly I can't find an order number or tracking number to even facilitate the process. Won't purchase from this site in the near future

Very disappointed. Previously I have been impressed with the company but this time the item took a long time time to be sent though to be fair the company communicated the delay. However when it did arrive it was the wrong item. They have not responded to any emails about the matter nor have they processed a refund or replacement with the correct item despite my returning it in January. Probably not helped by their failure to include an invoice with the item. Poor all round. Fortunately not a hugely expensive item. Will never use again.

Placed a roughly £80 order with Spiral and whilst most things arrived okay, i am missing an item from my order which i have recieved absolutely no information about. Their customer service is atrocious. I have e-mailed multiple times, messaged on facebook and even tried ringing them and not have a single answer on anything. With an order for this amount would have expected their customer service to be better!

Ordered a hoodie in a size bigger than normal but could barely get my head thru. I doubt this would have fitted a small teenager let alone a 60 year old. Returned using their return label service and despite emailing 3 times regarding refund I got no response. Finally after 30 days had to resort to using my bank charge back. Very disappointed with this companies lack of customer service.

Great Unknown Pleasures t-shirt, size guide accurate and reasonably quick receipt. Good comms, but what I liked best was the white piping around the neck and sleeve of the t-shirt, it looks great.
