Just don’t

I ordered a Tshirt, no order update for almost a month so I sent them an email asking when it would be shipping. I got back a reply stating that the shirt I ordered was out of stock and that I could exchange for something else or take a refund; I opted to exchange. Almost 3 more weeks go by and same thing, no status update so I reach out again and again SAME STORY. This time I took the refund. If items are out of stock, have it stated on the website or reach out to your customers, they shouldn’t have to do your job for you. The only positive thing to come of this transaction was a quick refund.

Poor Sizing

I bought a beautiful top, in a 3XL, and according to the sites on sizing this is the 24. I’m a 22, and it wouldn’t go nowhere near me. It’s more like a size 14 and I’m not even exaggerating. At £22 I was very disappointed.

Took 2-3 weeks to send my order and…

Took 2-3 weeks to send my order and when it arrived only half my items were there. Several emails sent and finally got a response after a further 6 weeks! Got refunded on missing items after all this. won’t be using them again.
