The product is amazing as always. The graphics are gorgeous and the materials feel good. It shipped fast. My husband loves his new sweater and t-shirt.

I still haven't received my order! I have emailed for an update but still no reply. This was a gift so really upset by the service

Good quality product, well informed when order was delayed.

The design on the hoodie is up to the normal very good standard but a major problem with this one is a very, very small hole to get my head through. Very, very tight, so much so i have to hurt my ears and head for a period to finally get it on; therefore a similar problem taking it off. Terrible!
This has never happened with any of my previous hoodies from Spiral. Very disapointing.
If it hadn't been for the aggro' of packaging the unit back up, payment to do so and the possibility of the same think happening again, I would have done so.
Maybe I was unlucky and getting a 'faulty one' off your production line then supplied but there must be a better job done on final inspections. Poor unit!

Once you bought a product from Spiral you won't be buying from anywhere else, because their quality is unmatched.

Paid for faster delivery, still not arrived, emailed them twice and tried ringing but they've not answered anything,

Complete scam, don't waste your money.

Most of the order was delayed but still charged for the full amount. No refund two weeks after return was sent. The have finally dispatched the remainder of the initial order but the tracking number is the original for the part of the order I already received. £250 down and I have one t shirt I can actually wear

Easy to navigate the app and place an order. Delivery was only a couple of days. I've ordered lots of t-shirts over the past few years, for myself and as gifts. The sizes are true and a good fit. If you have a winter belly you want to hide, go a size up 😆
