Terrible customer service

Only sent half of order. Repeatedly tried to get in touch with them about it but had no response to any of my emails. After a few months of no parcel arriving and me trying to get in touch with them, I had to get my money back via credit card company.

Very bad!

Sold me a 100% cotton t-shirt which when arrived was 50% polyester 50% cotton the material was terrible. Then when I tried to get refunded or the t-shirt changed they ignored all my emails. Would not recommend

Order delivery delayed

Order delivery delayed. First time customer.
T-shirt smelled like fish after we opened packaging. We had to wash it.
Thin fabric, compared to other T-shirts we got for similar price.

Nowhere to return, AVOID

Three of my items were great, the other two not so much. One isn't even the same colour as the website images and the other is enormous, I bought two ladies tops both are large the tank is fine just a little loose the t-shirt on the other hand is more of a XXL. Nowhere to exchange/return anything on the website and no one has replied to my messages to fix these issues. If the band tees were on your Amazon page I would have bought there at least I can return them. Not happy.
