1 ordered a Milwaukee 3/8th anvil from them at the begining of August. Then was getting the "we haven't forgotten about you" emails. I emailed them on 13th of August wanting a update on the part I ordered. Someone called James duffin replayed with they should be getting the part that week. Then on the 27th of August I asked them again when am I going to get the part there response was there going to contact Milwaukee and find out when there getting it in and james will get in contact with a EPA that I never got.
Skip a couple weeks then I emailed them on the 27th of September asking for a refund because it was taking too long. There response was Milwaukee have it on back order so again I asked for a refund because it was taking too long. Then on the 29th of September completely ignoring the fact that I've asked for a refund twice already they said they are getting it that week. Now skip to the 7th of October now 11 weeks down the line I've still not had an email saying that It has been sent. I've now for the 3rd time asked for a refund and now waiting to hear back from them.
This time hopefully I get a refund like I requested.

Firstly thanks for reaching out, we appreciate all feedback both positive and negative. we take customer feedback serious and as of this evening out of standard office hours we have issued a full refund on this part.
Milwaukee kept changing the ETA date on us, so each time we replied with an update we were being honest and truthful but alas the part never arrived.
As for requesting the refunds, I must apologize, I've read through the emails, and I see that each time you asked for a refund it was on the basis that we couldn't provide further details on the ETA, but since we did reply with a new ETA the refund option was not carried out.
Perhaps a better option would have been the refund straight away and when the part arrived, we could have got back in touch.
We will learn from this experience and work to do better moving forward.

Completely useless - overpriced, awful comms, didn't even have the produc.t.
Completely useless.
- Ordered a small part for a ryobi saw. Horrific pricing for such minor part.
- After ordering, no delivery date.
- Then got a number of emails saying 'sorry we haven't forgotten about you' but with no actual update on delivery.
- I contacted the business saying I wasn't happy as at the prices these should be in stock not shipped from a long way away, or at least give me a date.
- No response at all.
- They then cancelled my order and I just got an automated refund email.
- So I emailed again and I got a message back saying they don't have these items with a smiley emoji.
I'm not sure if they think this is amusing but to waste three weeks of my time to not then send a product is pathetic.

We are really sorry about this situation and how it unfolded, the parts were listed on our system in good faith that they could be provided.
Only after we attempted to place the order with Ryobi were we informed they were no longer available. And so we issued you with the refund.
I've looked into the manner on how we responded and I can see the emoji, not to split hairs but it is not a smiley face but a sad face.
We never like letting customers down and we sent that emoji to portray that sentiment.
The only thing I can suggest is that you look online for other suppliers who may have old stock.
