Waited quite a while for the delivery, but that wasn’t Mr. Duffin’s fault - it was Royal Mail. He refunded me but a week later the parcel arrived - after two months. I contacted Mr. Duffin and we cleared the balance.

It’s a good thing to be patient when the parts are not in stock. Aften a looong wait I finally received my Ryobi handle spareparts. They where booked in August and I received them in January

Once I managed to speak to someone at this company the service was very good. However, getting to speak to someone was almost impossible. No-one answers the phone

My telephone conversation with James @ sparetool parts was excellent. He was able to identify the part I needed for my Ryobi tool and advised me of the steps required to purchase the item. Without his help we would have had great difficulty in sourcing the part. Would recommend this website for Ryobi spares or other brand make parts. They also have an extensive list of items available on their site.

UPDATE:
I received my order after half a year, and are happy now. Everything would be easier if the inform about transport supplier and tracking.

Shit company!!!! Been waiting for several month, and still not received anything. I email for some weeks ago, and they promise to send once more, but still nothing.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Update on my recent review. More than happy to say that this company is legit. I have this morning had a full refund. My recent email was answered quickly.
It’s a shame it had to come to this. But I still have to say that my phones calls or previous email was not answered the company could still do better with communication

Ordered parts for my Ryobi in July 2024. It's November now. Got nothing and got no refund!!! Worst I've ever dealt with!!!

Order 1000107879 I places an order / paid £49.82 upfront for replacement brushes for my Panasonic EY7950 electric drill on 25th Sept 2024. It is now 26th October 2024 and I still do not have the spare parts! Very poor service! I am beginning to wonder if I have been scammed!
