Although I used what looked like a chat-bot, I was delighted to reach a real person. James was knowledgeable and gave great advice. I sent over a photo and James was able to identify which parts I needed and I was able to fix the chainsaw.

Let's be clear: if you don't have the part in stock or at all, do not sell or advertise. Now, three weeks have gone still haven't got

When I ordered last week it didn't say out of stock at checkout. Only after I paid. Said 10days to get one from Ireland then they have to post to us . No good for me I need it now. Sent emails to ask for refund no reply
Endless phone calls nobody answers. Dreadful service as there is no service

States item is stock, but then sends email saying its not in stock but has been ordered from manufacturer, which i could have contacted direct myself. Avoid.

"stock" item are not always such, been waiting three weeks for a ryobi flange washer - avoid this company

Still waiting, nearly 3 weeks. Seems they don't carry stock. Ended up buying a new tool.

The Ryobi RLM53175S Brake Cable is a good fix for when the drive /clutch cable needs to be replaced.

Sparetoolparts are an absolute gem of a find....if you dont mind repairing your own tools then James is gold he knows his stuff...they have parts for all tools and is a great help....highly recommend i will continue to use him in future repairs....many thanks

I was looking for a part for my leaf blower which I have had for a number of years, the chap I spoke to tried to find the part but it had been discontinued, but he was very helpful in advising me with a replacement for my old blower, which I have ordered.

Canceled my order, but they sendt it anyway. They wrote in a email after they sendt it; «Oh we did not se your email befor now» 😡

James was very helpful when advising me of where to find the corresponding numbers related to my hedge cutter which then made it an easy process to find the part I needed.

Have been waiting approximately 5 months for spare parts, and have paid in full for these parts. There has been barely any correspondence or communication during this period of time. We have requested a full refund weeks ago to no avail, with no refund in sight at this moment in time. We as a business will definitely not use this company in future.
