Item never received after several excuses the seller stopped replying

I was helped by a very helpful and competant person.

I'm a tad surprised at the (very few) negative reviews I've been reading here. I suppose it's a case of "you just can't please some people". I remember reading one some time ago, relating to a holiday resort. The reviewer complained that the beach was littered with seaweed!

Have been waiting since May for a Hitachi cable. Have had only one e-mail, the day after, saying waiting for delivery of cable. They took our payment, but have not received any further contact since and even after sending various e-mails asking about delivery, they have not replied to any and will not answer the phone.
Have tried other suppliers and they have cables available from stock.

Despite James saying in the chat it was despatched 6 days ago still no delivery. Found out not sent. Cancelled and got delivered it from elsewhere within 2 days. So poor I cant recommend. Sad as they seemed a friendly company. Lets see if a refund ever appears

Update. James said posted Thursday, when in the chat on Wednesday he told me he’d sent it the previous day. You cant believe what they say, still not arrived a week and a half later. Still waiting for a refund but guess it will never happen

So firstly told despatched Tuesday, then Thursday, now Wednesday. I dont think they even know. If it arrives I’ll ask for a refund

Whole experience today was very slick and very helpful. Paid for the video inspection and James called within 5mins gave me further instructions and tool was diagnosed and parts ordered within 20 mins. Great service and James couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Will recommend and return.

Parts not received
For the first 4 weeks i received an emails saying they were working hard to prepare my order For the next 4 weeks nothing at all. Now trying to get my money back
