Ordered 8 days ago and told 4-5 day delivery
Spoke to somebody called Rui and he just said they love been dispatched
Despite not receiving a email to confirm this
He was rude and absolutely no help
Tried to cancel the order and he said I could not
Just useless I wish I’d never ordered them
Was meant for a present to take to somebody abroad
Awful crap company

Over a week since I placed an order. Advertised as delivery in 1-2 business days. Spoke to customer service who could only say the order is being processed and I could expect the order in another week or so! Wouldn't allow ordering to be cancelled. Scandalous service, appalling outfit. Do not use!!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered shoes got them quickly, but they were the wrong size. I called to get an exchange. They asked me to purchase the boots again and a refund would be issued when I shipped out the first pair. I followed the link and didn’t think anything of it. Then they sent the return label and will not send me the return until the shoes are in their possession. I assumed once the barcode was scanned it would be good, nope. And there’s a mail strike here and they don’t care. I explained how can they ship out with one company and not return with the same company. I was able to receive the shoes, so they’re obviously using another company, but now the label they sent me will not ship the shoes back because that company is on strike. I explained I didn’t like the idea that an expensive pair of shoes that I’m waiting on a return will sit in a whearhouse possibly for weeks, how can I guarantee it will make it to them for my refund. What if it gets lost. I was told and I quote, ‘sometimes you need to have hope and faith’ that my order will be recieved. I’m now out over $500 on 2 pairs of shoes and am I’m suppose to ‘have faith’ they’ll get my order so I can be refunded my original purchase. On top of that they charged me shipping 3 times. Once to receive my first pair, once to send them back and once to get my new pair. The shoes that were originally on sale now cost me an extra $30 on shipping and additional taxes. And these are not cheap shoes. I can’t believe they don’t have a better service for this and that I’m just expected to cross my fingers hoping they receive the shoes for my refund. Never ordering from them again

Terrible from the start. Ordered over €500 of footwear with express delivery and 25 days later i have no footwear, no idea what is happening, rude customer services and no refund. They act like i've done something wrong and are just objectionable. Never ever buy a product from these people if you have a choice until they get into there entitled heads that maybe customer care is important

The size guide on the website doesn't match up with the size of the boots I ordered. I ordered the boots during a sale, the delivery was heavily delayed so the sale has finished now. I called customer service to try and resolve this and they said that I would have to get a refund then pay full price for a different size.

I was recommended Sorel by a friend so decided to give them a go.
The footwear arrived extremely quickly but sadly they were not suitable.
I returned the package immediately, literally within 24hrs and waited eagerly for my refund which was within 10-15 business days. (I normally check return policies and reviews before ordering but because they were recommended I was stupid and didn't check).
I contacted Sorel asking when they would be processing my refund, a gentlemen said they had received my return and a refund would be actioned by the end of the week, early next week.
Guess what, no refund. Rang again today and spoke to a lady called Maria who said she would ask the refund dept to process asap, asked for her to confirm in writing her actions which I received after our conversation.
During our conversation she said it would take 2-3 business days to receive the refund. However her email has stated it would take 2 - 3 days after they receive my return into their depot in France!!!!
This was never part of our conversation and contradicts the conversation I had with her colleague a week earlier who confirmed they had received my return.
So my advice is do not buy from Sorel unless you are 100% sure you will be keeping the product.

Extremely bad service.!!!!

I place an order for a pair of trainers. I realised I had put the wrong postal code so I emailed them immediately with the correct postal code. They then told me they could not amend or cancel the order. Then proceed to tell the order would be depatched within the next work day. If the order hadn’t been dispatched why could the not amend the postal code?

No one would deal with my complaint. They just kept giving a standard response saying they understood my frustration but there was nothing they could do and would not even put me through to their management team. When I asked for the contact details for their complaints dept, I was told to use the same contact details I had just use.

I honestly, cannot believe that a company as big as Sorel, that charges the prices that they charge, would have customer service as extremely poor as this. I have never experienced this. There is no loyalty or decent customer service to their customers.
They do not deserve my business and I certainly would not buy from Sorel again.

Ordered a size 6. The order summary said size 7.5. I called cust service to change size or cancel. They said I had to wait until I received the boots and pay for return. Ridiculous. Done with sorel.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. My item did not get delivered. They want to open an “investigation” that will take 2 weeks and the only solution is to wait to see what they find or I can place a new order! They have zero regard for the customer or the delivery companies they use. Everyone uses the same blanket statement, offers no solution other than to take more of your money and not deliver a product. If an item wasn’t delivered it should be between the delivery company and the them not the customer

Sorel are a good brand of shoe, so never occurred to me their online service would be crap.

I opted to have my boots delivered to a UPS oohpod because delivery date was earlier this way. I got notification they would be delivered Thursday 21st , they weren't. They arrived in the oohpod on 22nd according to UPS but when I tried to collect them, I had no access code, I rang Sorel who said I needed to contact UPS to get access code which I did on Monday they informed me that the package was never scanned into an oohpod locker and they didn't know where they were. I emailed Sorel and was promised a response within 48 hours nothing. It's now two weeks since I ordered the boots which were to be delivered in 1-2 business days.

Oh gosh, I wish I had read these reviews before buying. I saved up birthday gift money and earnings to be able to buy two pairs of boots (two different sizes of same one, planning to return one when I knew which fitted best) at the beginning of November. No boots arrived, and the UPS delivery service left no note and sent no email to tell me where to collect from. At this stage I thought they were maybe being held at a shop for collection: following the tracking number, I saw that apparently they had been delivered to Dock, Edinburgh and were received by a Martin. This was no one at our address, no neighbour, no local UPS delivery shop. I wet to check at the shops and asked neighbours. Nothing.
I wrote to customer service, told them there had been no delivery to me - that they were not 'delivered' as UPS claimed - and asked them to be in touch. Then there was nothing/no communication from Sorel. I then phoned, a few days later (as they are only open 9-5, Mon-Fri), and the customer service person was placating and said they were looking into it and that it looked like they were delivered to a warehouse... So I waited, and then nothing again...
So, a few days later again, I wrote and demanded a refund. Again no response.
Phoning again today, I was met with a nice but really unhelpful customer service person who struggled to understand me and and then asked for proof of return to be able to refund me. Obviously I can't give that as I have no boots!!
I'm really angry, feel cheated and am amazed at how bad Sorel have been to deal with. I want my money back!
I'd recommend others to absolutely steer clear of this company - they are awful - don't give them your business.

Sorel is a luxury, high quality brand of footwear. The website is good with clear details. Super efficient service and delivery by UPS. Absolutely no problem.

I wish I checked out the reviews before ordering from Sorel... The sneakers arrived quickly and were lovely but sadly they were too small so I had to return them. 6 weeks later they still haven't refunded me. The replies to my emails were laughable ("we forwarded your case to a relevant department"). I've finally requested a charge back trough Revolut and got a provisional refund. Still waiting to see what happens at the end of this saga.
How can they even continue with this scam in this day and age.

Will never EVER buy from this company again. Ordered two different boots in same size - too big and sent back straight away. Two weeks later I have confirmation email to say they are processing my refund but for some reason even though both boots are listed on the return email, only one has a price against it. So basically they’ve now refunded me for one pair and the other pair £150 worth - I’m waiting for and have been emailing for the past 8 days to get the same response - we’re really busy - we’re looking into it - I will receive an email once it’s processed. They’ve had my order back now nearly 3 weeks. No manager available to discuss. Customer service non existent on phone or by email.

Same issue as a lot of others have suggested. I never received the shoes ordered and it was marked as delivered. Been chasing customer support for weeks now and no action. Firstly they sent an email that they have too many support tickets so they don't know when they will get back to me. So I started calling and no one ever has an idea on what actions have been taken. The courier company just wants them to submit a PDF for inspection but been weeks and they can't get it done.

They seem to have a returns scam going, as the returns portal hasn't worked for 3 years and then they ignore your messages to customer service asking for a returns label. Assuming this is to leave you hanging until the date has passed. They're well aware as I've reported the issue 6 times, so there must be something in it for them. Boots aren't worth it, not waterproof despite claims and last 1 winter max of daily wear.

Refund after returned goods needed me to be persistent. The website says it can take 3 weeks, then a submitted request via the website is supposed to be handled within 48 hours, never got a reaction, so I called. That finally solved it. I have now asked to close my account. Given it’s owned by Columbia, I am at a loss why the processes are sooo broken.

Dishonest company, trying to get my refund and not being successful at all. Keep giving me different answers.

Present from my mother was stolen and Sorel could hardly care less. I was not home for 5 hours during delivery and somehow it’s completely the customer’s fault once the package is set down. Didn’t even try to help resolve the issue - just suggested I reach out to law enforcement…in New York City. What are they going to do?! Now out of $200 and have no boots.
