I tried the Almond -Toe flats and I’m genuinely impressed. The material is stretchy but holds its shape, and the extra padding at the heel is a lifesaver. For me, its true to size. If you have a standard width foot, stick with your usual size.

I bought two pairs of flat shoes and was super excited when they arrived. The size seemed to fit perfectly and at first was very comfortable, and I could really understand what all the reviews are about. The next day I wore them to the office and by the end of the day, my heels were bleeding. I was disappointed that this had happened as the reviews promised comfort.

The shoes are absolutely beautiful and seem to be of good quality. I just got them recently and haven't worn them a lot of times yet, but am hoping they last a while particularly after washing them.

I have never found shoes that are so comfortable and fashionable all in one. I started with the Margot and now have 3 pairs of them. I then bought the Allday sneakers and am in love. Going back for another color. I also have the Pamela sandals and it’s not a surprise that they live up to the Vivaia standards of comfort and fashion. I highly recommend these shoes. I am one happy customer. They have become my first pick in shoe shopping.

Les chaussures sont magnifiques et très confortable, je suis aussi allée en boutique à la défense l’accueil était génial les deux vendeuses étaient au petit soin.
J’ai commandé sur le site directement une paire ne m’allait pas je les aient renvoyées, quand on renvoie ils prennent en charge 30e des frais de retour, j’ai pas eu le temps d’envoyer la facture ils m’ont envoyés trois mails pour me rappeler qu’ils me remboursent qu’ils ont bien reçu mon colis et d’envoyer la facture pour qu’ils me remboursent, je n’ai jamais vu une marque relancer des clients pour leur rendre de l’argent.

I received partial order only. When I contacted their customer service, they want me to send a photo of the part I received and the photo of the shipping label. In the end, the rep said that he will forward my case to the related team for further review and resolution. I am not sure that they will finally send me my other item, but the service is really bad. Will not buy anymore and do not recommend.

I have 5 pairs of Vivaia shoes and will be buying more. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I have a bunion on one foot and it never hurts when I’m wearing Vivaia shoes, even if I wear them all day. The huge variety of styles and colors makes it hard to choose what to buy but that’s a good problem. I highly recommend these shoes to you.

Since I bought my first pair of vivaia shoes which I still love and wear I’ve found many more beautiful styles boots and heals and the gorgeous sneakerinas I can’t find any other brands that can compare in comfort and elegance and prettiness and sassyness!!! Love them all

Every pair of Viviana shoes/boots. I’ve ever purchased fit like a dream. I have very sensitive feet and these shoes are gorgeous, comfortable, and stylish. Recently I bought the Quilted Waterproof PufferTherm Warm Boots (Theo) for a trip to the Lapland in Finland. They were so warm and comfy that I plan to buy another pair in a different color.

Ik heb een paar loafers besteld. De bestelling kwam snel aan en ze waren van goede kwaliteit. Helaas was de kleur niet geschikt voor mijn huid en heb het terug moeten sturen. Maar ook dat was moeiteloos en de communicatie ging heel goed. Ik moest de retourkosten voorschieten maar kreeg het volle bedrag gewoon netjes terug gestort via Paypal. Ze zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Absolute aanrader. 🤍

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bestellt und mich auf die Schuhe gefreut, dann aber entsetzt festgestellt, dass die Schuhe aus China und keinem nahegelegenen Lager versandt wurden. Habe jetzt große Angst vor Zollgebühren, da ich eine große Bestellung aufgegeben habe (6 Paar) und somit hohe Kosten anfallen können. Ich bin jetzt schon frustriert, weil das beim Bestellvorgang nicht ersichtlich war und es auch Lager in Europa gibt.

I absolutely love Vivaia shoes and have recommended them to lots of family and friends. They are truly comfortable as well as stylish and I love that they are constantly putting out new styles. My only gripe is they don't have bigger discounts during sales - they are not enough to inspire me to buy a pair of shoes on umpulse - I'd prefer fewer Sales and bigger discounts when you do have them. Otherwise I'm thrilled - I have well over 10 pairs and they all stay looking terrific as I can wash them in the machine. Delivery has sped up over the years too, Well done Vivaia.

Those shoes look amazing, but when I tried them on, they were way too stiff and didn’t fit well at all. The real pain point is their return policy. It’s a hassle and I think it’s not professional. I paid over US$100.for these shoes, so I should be able to print a return label and send them back. But all the options they gave me were too complicated. The shoes are easy to buy, but hard to return. I’m definitely not buying another pair from this company or anything else from this brand.

They have been very responsive in my search to find shoes that fit my feet. Most returns have the return label ready to print within a short time.

The shoes are amazing. Great quality, very elegant and very comfortable.
Customer service is just great. They always help you. Also, the delivery is very fast. I made my first purchase 2 years ago and it was good since then, still improving.

HORRIBLE COMPANY-customer service has been a nightmare and they owe my money for my return. I call and there is no answer, even though they say they are open at 9 am PST. Responses by email come in at 3 am EST and do not address the problem. Emails say I have kept the "gift" which I have not. They charged me an extra $51 to get rid of a "membership fee" of $49 that somehow got tacked on-still saying the membership was not cancelled but happily stole my $51.

While i love the boots and the flat shoes they are extremely uncomfortable for walking any distance. Really lovely shoes but not to be worn all day if you’re on your feet
