If I could give it -1 star I would, sandals arrived but not comfy so returned, no correspondence since, option to track return says no page available. Guess I should have checked trustpilot first.

Pire expérience de retour de toute ma vie ! Je ne ferais plus jamais affaire avec eux ! N’achetez jamais sur internet avec cette compagnie.

Ne surtout rien acheter sur ce site!

Ils mon balader de point relais en point relais, demander de renvoyer des chaussures que je n'es jamais eu, attendre une soit disant enquête pour savoir où était le colis.....
Il m'impose un remboursement alors que j'ai dis trois fois que je voulais recevoir les chaussures...
J'attends de voir si le remboursement va arriver...

I ordered a pair of women's sandals from the Sorel.com website (cost $140). The shoes for a trip I am taking within a week. Instead of the sandals, what I received was a pair of Columbia men's black sneakers size 14. Not even close. To make the situation worse, I asked them to ship what I ordered and I would return the sneakers. I wanted them in time for the trip. They told me I could pay again and reorder them and that they would send me a return label to return the sneakers and once they were returned and processed (2 weeks) they would issue my refund. Completely, utterly unacceptable. The shoes are great, but Sorel customer service is among the worst I've experienced

I purchased a pair of Sorel sandals from Nordstrom Rack and wore them only 3 times. After just a few wears, the footbed/heel material began showing significant wear/peeling, which I found disappointing for a brand at this price point.

I contacted Sorel customer service, provided photos, and explained that the shoes had been worn only three times. Unfortunately, I was told this was considered “normal wear and tear” and no accommodation was offered.

I understand that shoes naturally show some wear, but I did not expect this level of deterioration after minimal use. I’m disappointed in both the product durability and the customer service response.

Après plus de 2 décennies à être, avec mon épouse, de vrais afficionados de Sorel, nous confirmons notre absolue déception quand à ce qu'est devenue la qualité de cette marque.
Une paire de chaussures d'été trop petite d'au moins deux tailles (alors que nous connaissons nos tailles avec cette marque : c'est plus d'une vingtaine de modèles différents que nous possédons), mais surtout, pour la troisième fois, et sur chacune des trois dernières paires achetées, où le caoutchouc du dessus de la chaussure se fend, en moins de 5 mois (et ce n'est pas faute d'en prendre grand soin).
On a pensé que cela pouvait venir d'une mauvaise série et on a donné une autre chance, mais force est de constater que depuis que Sorel fait des chaussures de mode et tendance, la qualité de la marque est devenue pathétique. Et au vu du prix et du piètre accueil du service après-vente, c'est inexcusable.
Alors que je pense que l'on faisait partie des très bons clients de la marque, c'est tout simplement fini.

I was hesitating between two colors before ordering. I placed my order and then realized I ordered the wrong color. I immediately contacted Sorel costumer support to modify my order. The company does not cancel or modify orders even when the order is still under review. So they will ship the item even though I am telling them that I do not want it and it is not even ready to ship, telling me that I can then return it.

In this day and time, companies need to do better and be more sustainable. Avoiding unnecessary shipment is a big one. So personally I will never be ordering from Sorel ever again and will sadly be returning my order.

I bought hiking boots online with Tyrrell and received an email with a sale of 25% the following day - when I called to cancel the order they told me they were unable to cancel the order even though it had not shipped and that I should order a new pair with a sale price, wait untiltill the other ones get shipped and then return the other ones in order to get the sale price and my refund. They claim that once it’s in process, you cannot cancel it, however, I’m not sure how it was in process given that they we’re not shipped.

DO NOT BUY IT !!!THEY ARE SCAMERS NEVER DELIVERY WHAT YOU BUY FOR THEM.

After only 4 seasons of Caribou waterproof winter boots stored indoors, in moderate room temperature conditions, the rubber foot area cracked badly (on both shoes), making them completely useless in rain or snow. The only solution Sorel offered was 10% off my next order (I will never order from them again).

No issue with delivery or the quality of the product but their sale information is misleading. I selected a pair of snowboots reduced from £180 to £144 - selected the colour, £180 still crossed out and price showing as £144, got to checkout and the full price was showing. As it was the last day of the sale (also misleading) and too late to call anyone, I proceeded with the purchase and raised a request for a credit for the difference. Despite sharing screenshots with the advisor he took a "computer says no" attitude and said the price did not apply to the colour selected. I had evidence otherwise. So be careful when dealing with Sorel as they mislead. I also requested my birthday discount which was offered by email and combined with the sale the reason I made the purchase and received no response.

À cause d’un voyage dans une région très froide, un collègue canadien m’a recommandé cette marque pour des bottes de neige. J’avais passé une grosse commande (3 paires de bottes et 2 paires de chaussons intérieurs) afin de les recevoir et de choisir ceux qui me plaisaient en profitant les soldes et les retours gratuits. En revanche, le lendemain de la commande, j’ai lu tous les commentaires sur ce site et j’ai paniqué. J’ai appelé le service client pour essayer d’annuler la commande, mais elle était déjà en préparation et l’opérateur m’a conseillé d’attendre la réception des produits pour les retourner.
Une fois les deux colis arrivés, j’ai essayé les bottes (avec une certaine résignation concernant le retour) et j’ai choisi celles qui me convenaient le mieux. Le lendemain, j’ai fait la demande de retour des quatre produits restants et le colis est reparti (à éviter UPS, car il est difficile de trouver des centres d’expédition). Une fois le colis arrivé, le remboursement a été validé sous 10 jours après la réception (petite panique supplémentaire : leur centre de distribution n’est pas celui qui réceptionne le colis en premier, donc cela prend un peu plus de temps, mais le SAV m’a rassuré lorsque j’ai appelé). À noter que j'avais choisi le paiement en plusieurs fois, donc, le remboursement se voit avec le changement des paiements.
En conclusion, j’ai eu peur car la commande était importante et les commentaires très négatifs. En revanche, je peux dire que j’ai eu plusieurs échanges avec le SAV et qu’ils ont toujours été joignables et très attentifs à mes demandes. Je vais essayer les bottes dans les prochains mois et, si la durabilité est celle que mon collègue m’a promise, je n’hésiterai pas à racheter à nouveau.

J'ai acheté des bottes sorel au mois de novembre le cuir à un défaut de fabrication il est tout noirci
Sorel ne veut pas me rembourser, contrairement à leur politique de retour, mais me propose un vouché oK, supérieur, à mon prix d'achat
Sauf que sur le mail qu'il m'a envoyé au mois de janvier c'est marqué que ce voucher est valable jusqu'à fin décembre 2025
J'ai envoyé 2 mails et j'ai téléphoné et malgré ça, ils ne corrigent pas la date d'utilisation du voucher à fin 2026 et ne répondent pas à mes mails
Lamentable, j'étais une fidèle cliente de Sorel mais là c'est fini leur service client n'est pas à la hauteur et la qualité a vraiment diminué

Attention, j’ai commandé des bottes pour ma fille. Ils font soi-disant livrer livrés par UPS me disent que le colis est livré mais il n’est jamais arrivé chez moi. Ensuite ils me disent qu’il a été déposé à une adresse qui n’existe pas… j’ai donc perdu 50 €, et je n’ai pas les bottes qui devait arriver pour le ski… Quelle arnaque

Shoe was never delivered.and the customer support, Francisca Eugenia, isn't being helpful, telling me the package was delivered and that's it.

Lost my money.and no shoes.

Don't waste your time with these guys.

Edit: shoe arrived a month later, not the quality I expected. Not buying from from them again

La qualité de sorel a beaucoup diminué , elles ne tiennent que quelques mois et se craque sur le coté , pour le prix élevé c'est vraiment abusé, je n'achète plus ses chaussures

I ordered boots for the winter season. Of course they took my money immediately. They said they shipped the boots with a company called Ontrac, if you read Ontrac's reviews, you would never use them. Now Sorel can be added to that negative list also. Received a delivered email,the boots are at your apartment, but they show a picture of a garage where they left the boots, outside. I don't have a garage, my neighbors don't have a garage. There is no package delivered here. The neighbors have not seen it, and all you get is the runaround from both companies. I went to Walmart and bought boots and had a better experience. And I don't shop at Walmart. Sorel is as bad as Ontrac shipping. USE CAUTUON with either place. What used to be a great company is now shit.....
