I don't think i had a worse experience before! After 2 weeks i wrote them about my order and they were keep telling me that is a delay, the product is not on stock etc...like it was my fault. After that they started to speak really rude via emails, they don't have any idea what a customer support should be like honestly:))), wow wow wow. For sure is an website i will keep in my mind next time! -10 if i could give!

Wow, who is reading your response for sure will think i am a crazy person. But in the end i know the truth and just small websites like yours will treat the clients as you did. Looking for a better price comes with a lot of headaches and blocked money somewhere. If you are so kind and generous, send back the money quicker.

P.S. I said many times to cancel the order and give me back the money.

Everything was fine, the shipping was fast (Slovakia, packeta) and the communication was professional, very nice, and fast. Every shipment movement was reported via email and all information was provided on time. What is a big advantage is that you do not have to pay the full amount in advance, i.e. by card, you just have to pay it when you pick it up (Slovakia and the Czech Republic), so you don't have to worry about your money / or that you will be robbed or that it is a fraud.
