comfortable and easy going experience
James was incredibly attentive without ever being pushy, which made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable when we were looking at sofas.
His knowledge about the different options was impressive and genuinely helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. It made a big difference to other experiences elsewhere.

Sofa - So Good
A well laid out and welcoming look to the store, with very pleasant and helpful sales staff. A good range of products on display to try out and choose from. We were able to buy the right recliner for our room with the minimum of fuss.
Overall, a very satisfactory purchase experience.

If I could give zero stars I…
If I could give zero stars I would......After waiting from ordering in October to delivery beginning of January the footstall was delivered damaged and returned....... .....Great quality control....Not, Then after chasing I am told I need to wait until March as it is handmade blah blah blah .....REALLY!!!!!! Not a great company.....Not cheap .....Customer service non existent .....Not happy ......If I knew then what I know now I would of gone elsewhere......6 months is NOT acceptable
