I ordered a sofa and I have been waiting for the delivery for 3 months and the day before delivery they called me and said there was a technical issue . They haven’t sorted it out within 3 months and they said no garanti for delivery next week. I am very disappointed.

They sent me 5 confirmation email for delivery and before hours left for delivery , they said sorry.

It is a ridiculous company and careless stuff. They don’t know what are doing.

The day before delivery, there is a technical issue with the system. 3 month wait, so that's 3 months to get it right. We will have to wait and see. Sofolgy are saying they will sort it out next week and re- arrange. Just bear this in mind, when placing an order, their paperwork should say there are no guarantees!

Found a bargain and the assistant was very helpful

We ordered our sofa on 4th May, accepting the 12-week lead time. Unfortunately, the customer service we’ve received since has been extremely disappointing.

Our original sales advisor was helpful and explained the process clearly. However, when we visited the Poole store to complete the next steps, we were given completely different information by another member of staff, who contradicted her colleague instead of providing a clear explanation. On top of that, staff in the store didn’t approach us at all and were largely lounging around on the sofas, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. The lack of engagement and consistency left us confused and with very little confidence in the process.

To make matters worse, our sofa was originally due to arrive at the warehouse on 13th July, then this was changed to 29th July, and now it has been pushed back again to 3rd August — with no one from Sofology notifying us of any of these changes. We’ve received no proactive updates throughout the entire order and have had to chase information ourselves.

For a sofa costing £2,800, we expected far better communication and customer service. Sofology markets itself as a premium furniture retailer, but our experience has been anything but premium. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience so far.

Our experience of buying a sofa was made so much better by James. We ordered the sofa then decided we wanted to change the colour and then after that we decided on a stool. All this confused the ordering system some what due to us chopping and charging. Everytime we went into the store nothing was to much bother for James. The whole time James kept in contact. Absolutely Amazing Customer Service from James. Thankyou so much. We look forward to our new sofa being delivered.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and hopefully in approx three months when our purchases are delivered, we'll be very pleased with them.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jason and Martin did all they could to make sure we got what we wanted as soon as we could. They were also very patient with us as we were very specific on our requirements.

The salesman Bernard was not pushy, listened to exactly what we wanted, made suggestions and we bought ! I only wish everything was as smooth and easy to purchase.

The staff were all very helpful in giving me time to make the right decision as I visited the store three times before I was happy with what I had ordered and I did change my mind after my first order.

Jason was lovely, made us comfortable and we cant wait to receive the sofa.
