Once you can get past the AI response the humans are snap breaker really try very hard to satisfy their customers that cannot be said of the initial AI response which I have found almost invariably is rubbish once I got past AI the humans moved Heaven and Earth to make me a happy customer and succeeded

The item got delivered quickly. Faster that I thought it would. It arrived in excellent condition.

While the setup is complex, the instructions were incredibly simple and straightforward. Once I had everything configured, I had to reset the feed on tool head number 3 two times but as soon as I fixed that simple issue; I started with the first print. The dragon instead on a benchy is an excellent way to demonstrate the capabilities of the U1. My next print was the fuzzy penguin and I am astonished by it! Today is my third day and I will start printing production models to gauge the machine against my future manufacturing needs. Fabulous 3D printer.

Hands down this is an Amazing 3d Printer. From the waste bin, to the nozzle cleaners near the park and the included accessories - the presentation even on unboxing was superior to other manufacturers.

The machine is awesome. Prints are extremely good. I own a Bambu A1, and P2S. Also two Anycubic Kobra X. This machine is easily up there with my Bambu's. The color swaps is what puts it over the top against my others. Now for the not so good. The Snorka slicer still needs improvement, it has a hard time handling large slices. Also, the Snapmaker model library is seriously small, and no search function. Overall, this machine really rocks.

Well packaged. Arrived in perfect condition and the instructions and videos were excellent.

Even included the demo print for the included filament that printed flawlessly first time.

The Snapmaker U1 is a reliable, easily operated and maintained printer that I find to be a very good fit for the kinds of projects that I want to do.
