L’assistenza è rapida, disponibile e concreta: in molti casi il team risponde in tempi brevi e fornisce soluzioni efficaci, spesso anche con l’invio di ricambi senza complicazioni.
Nel complesso, l’esperienza con Anycubic è molto positiva, soprattutto grazie a un supporto post-vendita che segue davvero il cliente e rende tutto più semplice, anche per chi è alle prime armi.

Seit fast 6 Monaten kämpfe ich mit einem defekten 3D-Drucker und einem Support, der mich ehrlich gesagt sprachlos macht.
Was als normaler Garantiefall begann, ist mittlerweile ein Paradebeispiel dafür geworden, wie man Kunden nicht behandeln sollte:
- Mehrfach zugesandte Ersatzteile – teilweise selbst defekt
- Widersprüchliche Aussagen vom Support
- Keine nachhaltige Lösung trotz monatelanger Kommunikation
- Gerät durchgehend nicht nutzbar
Jetzt der aktuelle Stand:
Mir wird eine Rückerstattung angeboten – allerdings nur unter Bedingungen, die den Prozess weiter verzögern und mich in deren internes System zwingen sollen (inkl. PayPal-Zwang und erneuter Rücksendung).
Nach dieser Vorgeschichte ist das für mich nicht mehr akzeptabel.
Ich habe daher rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet und den Fall vollständig dokumentiert. Zusätzlich besteht mittlerweile auch öffentliches Interesse an der Geschichte.
Mir geht es hier nicht nur um mich:
Wenn ein Unternehmen über Monate hinweg keine funktionierende Lösung liefert und Kunden hinhält, sollte das sichtbar gemacht werden.
Ich halte euch auf dem Laufenden.

First of all I'm in Canada Vancouver, Got my 1st 3d printer Kobra X, love it great printer. Broke a part of the print head. The best is go to after sale service much faster than the AI assist which took 3 days to get back on me. Mark help me a lot the day after I send the ticket, got me the chip only thing is that it took almost a month to get to me since it came from China. Over all service was great

Servizio clienti pessimo.
È ormai una settimana che chiedo spiegazioni per un ordine arrivato incompleto, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Ho ordinato diverse bobine di filamento dal sito ufficiale, convinto che fosse una scelta più sicura e affidabile, ma purtroppo mi sono sbagliato.
Proverò ancora a contattarli nei prossimi giorni.
In assenza di un riscontro concreto, continuerò a lasciare una recensione negativa per ogni giorno in cui non riceverò risposta.

1. Eficiencia y Diagnóstico Directo
Lo más destacable ha sido la ausencia de burocracia innecesaria. A pesar de ser una máquina reacondicionada, el soporte (gestionado por Suarez) no intentó culpar al usuario ni solicitó pruebas redundantes como nivelaciones repetitivas o vídeos infinitos. Al presentar pruebas fotográficas claras de un error rítmico de 1 mm en una impresión de 0,03mm, el equipo técnico identificó inmediatamente un fallo de hardware.
2. Compromiso con la Garantía
Es muy positivo que Anycubic respete los 445 días de garantía de sus productos oficiales de manera tan ágil. No han puesto pegas al hecho de que la máquina sea un modelo "refurbished", tratando el caso con la misma prioridad que si fuera una unidad nueva de fábrica.
3. Resolución Proactiva
En lugar de sugerir parches de software, han ido directos a la raíz del problema: sustitución del bloque motor/husillo.
Puntos clave: * Comunicación clara y profesional. Sistema de confirmación de datos seguro y automatizado. Transparencia en los tiempos de envío (7-14 días).
4. Conectividad y Transparencia
El hecho de que el soporte tenga acceso al historial de impresión de la M7 Pro a través de la nube ha facilitado que no haya discusiones sobre si la máquina se usa correctamente o no. La trazabilidad de los errores ha jugado a favor del usuario.

Nie otrzymałem od Państwa żadnej informacji w tej sprawie; odpowiadacie w ten sam sposób, co nie przynosi żadnych rezultatów. Takie traktowanie klienta jest niedopuszczalne. Zgłoszę sprawę do Urzędu Ochrony Konsumentów. Opublikuję całą sytuację w mediach społecznościowych i ostrzegę przed zakupem jakichkolwiek produktów z Państwa oferty.

Very good product, I buy Kobra 3 max combo and I'm very happy for the choice, the printer is very good. I love it. I have a led from the pro ace doesn't work, theam from anycubic they send me a new one with all the steps for change it. The deliver was quick, 1 week max for 5 package.10 stars for anycubic!!!

They are understanding of the machines, and knowledgeable about everything they carry .. they responded very fast and delivered the parts I needed to carry on my printing experience. I am very satisfied with the service I have received many times over.. not just once.. every time they are the best!

I had great results with your help in parts and information to get my printers working. But I am not with my Kobra SA1 Combo. I had many errors and it took a very long time for the part replacements to come in. I did receive 2 Kgs of PETG filament for one problem but not the second problem. I wish I did as the printer was idle for a long time. Your advise, pictures and support was THE BEST!

Esto es un verdadero "martirio chino". Hace 2 años, DOS AÑOS, cometí el error de comprar una de la impresoras de esa marca, ANYCUBIC PHOTON MONO X6 KS, y aún no he logrado imprimir absolutamente nada. Pero, la causa? Sencillo: RUIDOS DE ARRANQUE, PANTALLA LCD NEGRA, PÉRDIDAS DE RESINA, MAS RUIDOS... Lo ultimo es recibir una pantalla LCD ROTA y, vueltas a mensajes, videos, ...
Con cada problema, hasta cansarme, mensajes de ANYCUBIC para dilatar el tiempo y perder la garantia, hasta el día de la fecha.
Al final HE PRESENTADO DENUNCIA EN LA POLICÍA NACIONAL (admitida a trámite) por estafa continuada y acoso. He remitido DENUCIA A BRUSELAS con medidas para evitar que sigan saliéndose con la suya y se enriquezcan con su basura, etc
Personalmente, creo que con esta gentuza es como una ruleta rusa y, sea como fuere, siempre ganan ellos
Disgusting support
If we talk only about the printer, it would be 5 stars. But the support is terrible.
My printer broke after only 5 days of use. I contacted support to resolve the issue, and they sent replacement parts. However, those parts were taxed, and I was informed that I would have to pay for them myself.
This is absurd. It is unacceptable to make a customer wait more than 20 days to solve a problem involving a brand-new printer, especially when the defect appeared after only a few days of normal use. On top of that, expecting me to pay extra for replacement parts is completely unfair.
The problem was not caused by me. It is clearly a product defect, and the responsibility for the repair costs should not be placed on the customer. I should not have to spend more money or wait this long just to have a new printer working properly.
A delay of more than 20 days is already unacceptable. Requiring me to pay for parts needed to fix a defective product makes the support experience even worse.
I expect an immediate and fair solution, with no additional cost to me.
Honest review of my Anycubic Kobra S1…
I’ve been running the Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo for a while now, and I’ve got to say—it’s been a seriously impressive bit of kit.
Straight out of the box, the setup was straightforward and user-friendly, which is always a win.
The build quality feels solid and well thought out, and it shows in the prints. I’ve been consistently getting clean, accurate results with great detail, even on more complex models.
I have also compared this against other large branded printers that I posses and this is on par in some cases out performs them.
Layer adhesion is spot on, and the surface finish is far better than I expected, I also use aftermarket build plates and again they are faultless.
What really stands out though is the aftercare and support. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed guidance, the response has been quick, helpful, and genuinely focused on resolving the issue rather than just ticking a box. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you’re relying on your printer regularly.
All in all, the Kobra S1 Combo (and no doubt other models but I can't comment as I don't possess them) delivers on both performance and reliability, backed up by a support team that actually cares. It’s been a great investment for me and would be also if you are a hobbyist or using it for more serious projects.
