Speechless. So happy.

I like the machine. Setup and calibration was start forward. Test print went when but wished there was more models in the software. Also as being a newbie to the hobby wished there was more information on using the software for importing and creating models

Easy setup out of the box. Extremely capable printer right out of the box with zero manual calibration. Has printed everything I've thrown at it with no failed prints since day one. Best purchase for anyone with an interest in making, tinkering, science, mechanics, DIY or nerdy interest PERIOD

I love how Snapmaker is always improving their products and their offerings. I was an original Backer of the SM2 and have been in love with my kit from the beginning.

Ordered Thursday night it was here on tuseday first ever printer assembly was easy started test, print and two hours

I'm not sure how or why my address was only half correct. In past orders including my U1, orders came to my address. This last order the address was correct but the city and zip weren't. I try to not use third party when ordering. For some reason my order was channeling through Shop app and insurance was added. Both aren't my thing. I hope future orders will be shipped correctly. My U1 that has issues with #3 tool head and really need that part. Now 3 weeks out, because of miss ship.

I'm 85 years old and sometimes directions don't meet the needs for me to put something together. The Snapmaker U1 didn't have that problem I watched a couple of the videos on YouTube and read the directions in the booklet and wala it went together perfectly and printed my little dragon the same day.

Everything is spectacular, they are very attentive and respond to emails in a timely manner and with kindness, thank you for everything

I’ve been really impressed with Snapmaker. I have two U1 printers and they’ve been great machines. The print quality is excellent, the features are innovative, and their customer service has been incredibly helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind its products. Highly recommend!

Quality of the print has issues, when I first got the printer. I had to spend several hours getting the filament setting right. Snapmaker filament profiles are not very good. After that I am getting good quality prints. The thing that I really like is the speed, it is twice as fast as my Bamboo H2C. However due to the slicer not having some of the filament settings that the Bamboo Slicer has the print is not as high quality as my H2C. I would expect it will be when those settings are added to the Snapmaker slicer.

Very quick responding to the order and let me know via email every step of the shipping process. The unit arrived INTACT with no visible damage. I was VERY impressed with the packaging. While the assembly and setup is a bit more involved than other units I have seen, the provided start up guide provided VERY concise steps on how to get the U1 setup and printing. So far, the U1 has lived up to all the hype about GREAT multi-color printing.
