Bree was such a great help when I made payment to wrong/scam website. Told me to contact bank and report scam, which i did. Felt like a silly old woman, which I am! But we'll get woody registered when new bank card comes. Thank you Bree, you're a star 🌟

I needed to change my address after a house move, and this company charges £25 to do so. I found this amount disproportionate for what clearly is an automated process with no manual intervention. Comparable companies typically charge around £6 for the same service, and even that feels steep for something so basic — would you pay that to update your data at the dentist?

While having a pet microchipped is a legal requirement, keeping the address details accurate is clearly important. Given this, the pricing is difficult to justify. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering alternatives if at all possible when microchipping your pet.
