Appartement was just like the pictures, good client service!

Muy buen servicio, el apartamento en las condiciones descritas en el anuncio, sin embargo, encuentro a mejorar el servicio de presupuesto de la limpieza final, ya que lo podrían indicar al momento de la reserva ya que es una tarifa preestablecida para el tamaño del apartamento que si la hubiesen comunicado con antelación no seria una sorpresa a la hora de recibir el contrato. Ya que además de ser extremadamente costosa no debería de desplazar un equipo de limpieza de fuera, deberían buscar empresas de limpieza de la zona "como la nuestra" que pueda prestar un mejor servicio a un menor coste para el usuario final.

Ho prenotato e 10 giorni dopo mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione dicendo che l'avevano venduta ad altri. Mi hanno offerto allo stesso prezzo una proprietà più economica e non centrale come quella prenotata (che sul loro sito era prezzata ad una cifra inferiore). Poco seri . Inaffidabili. Deludenti. Adesso non trovo
PS rispondo qui alla risposta dell'operatore. Sono disponibile a fornire tutti gli screenshot e mail scambiate, anche se ormai è tardi. Siete stati poco corretti. Sono appena tornata da Barcellona purtroppo pagando 400 euro in più di quello che avevo trovato quando ho prenotato con voi. Avete aspettato 10 giorni e che inviassi tutti i documenti prima di cancellare la mia prenotazione con la scusa che era stata affittata dal proprietario ad altri. In tal caso una società seria riprotegge il cliente su una struttura di livello pari o superiore nella stessa zona centrale non in periferia. E invece mi avete dato perdere tempo utile e alla fine ho trovato solo ciò che era rimasto invenduto...

Gracias a SHBarcelona y a su asesora Aline Bachelet, nuestra estancia en Barcelona fue de maravilla. Aline nos propuso un piso moderno, súper equipado y situado en el Passeig de Gràcia, frente a la casa Batlló de Gaudí. Aline fue muy profesional y reactiva. ¡ Volveremos y pronto !

Everything was smooth. The rental process, getting the keys, and the house was just like the pictures. Very happy!

I had an issue with my housing situation and one of my property managers, Bruno, was especially helpful. He made himself available to help me, and went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved. He was very attentive, consistently responsive, and very much so supportive of me. I felt genuinely cared for and as though I had a team of support. I am very grateful to have had so much help and care from Sh!

Everything went really easy. Super friendly. Great communication.

Well, I’ve been waiting to get my deposit back in order to write this. Now that I have, I can give my honest opinion. It is a legal company in case you’re looking for an apartment from another country or something. Prices are higher than what you could find in Barcelona but they are used to deal with foreigners so they accept student visas and no payroll which is very hard to find here. The person in charge of showing the place was great, but the moment we got in the apartment he transfered us to the account manager or something to contact this person in case we needed something. He was impossible to reach and always seemed annoyed for anything we asked for. We never got any utility invoice so we are just supposed to trust the company what the expenses were. The pre notice to leave is almost impossible to reach and they were very focused on details out of our reach in the moment of receiving back the apartment. There were some cables that were cut by the internet provider which I was asked by the account manager to install back, which is debatable, perhaps. But the person was very rude and insulting about this.
Overall is a legitimate, expensive company with very rude, inefficient staff that works complying with Spanish regulations but very well trained in getting even the last cent out of their customers.

Tuve una excelente experiencia con SH en Barcelona. El equipo fue muy profesional y atento, facilitando todo el proceso de manera eficiente. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente!

The contact with the agency was very smooth and clear. They helped us step by step and always replied as fast as possible.

Unprofessional and chaotic host. Here’s why you shouldn’t book an apartment through them.

After our reservation was confirmed we provided the information about the guests. But afterwards we’ve been asked several times to provide the same information.

The communication went through AirBnB, then moved to WhatsApp before moving back to AirBnB, then continued through both channels.

In the reservation it was mentioned how an agent greets the guests and hands over the keys, for 30 EUR. The time of the check-in got moved several times.

Yet, after waiting for about half an hour in front of the building, it turned out the agent couldn't meet us and asked us to pick-up the keys from a safety locker “5 minutes” away. This turned into a 10 minute taxi ride which we paid.

However, we weren’t able to enter the apartment because someone was inside and changed the locks.

Our reservation got promptly cancelled and the host stopped communicating with us. We got our money back but had to find accommodation ourselves. They did not help us at all. They told us to call Airbnb!

Unlike my first experience with this company, where the managers of the flat were amazing, this time around it was unpleasant right from the point of getting the keys. In fact this company is useless when it comes to offering options about possible flats or basically making any effort.
I arrived outside hours so I needed them to be at the flat to give me the keys. They charge extra for this service. The second manager, someone who is clearly new and sloppy, decided last minute that he couldn't show at the flat and asked another colleague to give me the keys. I had no contact with this new person. I arrived at the flat completely stressed about how to get access.
The flat only double locked from the outside, so if you are inside you were less secure! The managers argued that I must double lock it from the outside as the flat needed to be protected but in the same breath told me that I was safe when I was inside and the flat was not double locked!
They charge for bills no matter you use the service or not - so don't fall for the claim that they check meters etc. That is bullshit.
They are late arriving for any inspection. The inspection was rude, intrusive and annoying where again the junior manager was sent to take photos of every door, floor etc. They then charged me for a rubbish and OLD piece of furniture which I hadn't touched. It seems like a joint scam between them and flat owners.

Notre expérience avec l’agence SH Barcelona a été catastrophique et je déconseille fermement de louer un appartement via leurs services. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à un logement sans luminosité, une des fenêtres était cassée, et nous avons dû dormir pendant une semaine avec une fenêtre grande ouverte en pleine chaleur de fin juillet. L’agence, malgré nos nombreuses sollicitations, a refusé d'intervenir pendant trois semaines. Ce n’est qu’après les avoir menacés qu’ils ont daigné envoyer quelqu’un, deux jours plus tard.

L’appartement lui-même était dans un état lamentable : plusieurs lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, la wifi ne couvrait que le salon, et il était loin d’être propre à notre arrivée. À la fin du séjour, SH Barcelona a eu l’audace de nous facturer 240 euros de frais de ménage, ainsi que 160 euros d'eau et d'électricité. Lorsque nous avons demandé les preuves de consommation réelle d'eau, il s’est avéré que notre consommation était beaucoup plus basse.

Nous avions également déposé une caution de 2400 euros au début du séjour pour un mois de location, et l’agence ne nous l’a rendu que trois mois plus tard, après de nombreux échanges et relances. La gestionnaire, Claudia, s’est montrée profondément désagréable, et a été injoignable la plupart du temps, rendant la communication presque impossible.

En somme, un service inadmissible, une gestion déplorable, et des frais injustifiés. Cette agence est à éviter à tout prix.

Siempre hemos tenido una buena experiencia al momento del pago del departamento y solucionando incidencias que puedan haber surgido.

Mi experiencia con SH ha sido excelente, cada vez que hemos tenido algún problema nos han ayudado a resolverlo.
