This is my third time staying at an Ukio apartment and I highly recommend them. I had a couple of issues to solve, and Patricia - one of the Guest Experience Team members - was extremely quick and supportive in fixing the issue. She was super responsive and showed excellent customer service!

The apartment I rented from Ukio was perfect for my needs and in the perfect location in the city. It was clean, well decorated, and had all the basic necessities. Comfortable Bed, amazing terrace, very functional all around. Picking up the keys was easy, and I was even able to get a brief extension on my stay which really helped me out. Highly recommended!

Such an amazing company! Everyone was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. The apartments are beautiful, very cozy, thoughtfully designed, and feel truly welcoming. You can really feel the attention to detail. Housekeeping is also available, so everything is set up for a very comfortable stay. They made the whole experience feel easy, warm, and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Es la peor compañia que he visto en mi vida. La gente se va y no hay nadie que responda al servicio. No tienen equipo de atención al cliente, y en la oficina no hay nadie, no te atienden, la recepcionista que hay no sabe nada ni gestiona nada. Una vez contratas con ellos, no dan servicio ni respuesta.

Hi Sam. We understand how concerning it is to see multiple cancellations and a pending refund of this amount. To maintain the standard of our community, every residency must pass a mandatory verification process. We were unable to confirm the eligibility of the stay through this standard KYC process, which led to the cancellations.
We have already done the full refund for these transactions on the same day. While we have processed this on our end, the time it takes for funds to return often depends on bank protocols. We remain available to provide any documentation you may need for your bank to help track the transfer. We appreciate your patience while these external procedures are finalized and wish you the best in your search.

Received prompt, courteous and excellent service from our UKIO city host, Patricia, when we had an issue with the water heater in our rental. She sent out a maintenance person that same afternoon and already fixed.

Seamless experience with Ukio, thanks to Allison
I had a great experience with Ukio during my stay in Madrid, made even better by Allison from the Guest Experience team.
The apartment itself was excellent — very well located, clean, and exactly what I needed for my time in the city.
Allison was consistently responsive, always getting back to me the same day, even when I reached out over the weekend. She was not only helpful with general queries but also went out of her way to assist with things that weren’t strictly within her remit, which I really appreciated.
One situation that stood out was when I was initially charged for damaged towels. Allison took the time to properly review the case, looked at the evidence I shared, and challenged the charge on my behalf, ultimately resolving it fairly and without hassle.
Overall, the communication and support throughout my stay were excellent, and it genuinely improved the experience. I would definitely recommend Ukio based on this.
