Ordered two as they were on sale. Received one and contacted customer service. I was told they won’t do anything or refund any Monet because their policy is only for damaged goods. My wallet is damaged… I told them I will tell everyone I know NOT TO PURCHASE from them and their policy sucks!!!!!

It took forever to get here! I FINALLY got it and I got 4 bras, I only ordered 2! However ALL 4 are the wrong sizes!! None are actually the size I ordered and paid for! I tried to send an email when I noticed I was charged and sent 2 extra bras I did not order, The other 2 are a completely wrong size that I would never order! That was over a week ago and no reply! The bras they sent are 2 cup sizes too small, and the others, the band sizes are 2 sizes too big!

Absolutely disgusting company please avoid, I am actually taking this matter further with trading standards that these get shut down pronto! This isn’t a business it’s an actual scam!
Website states easy and refundable. I ordered 2 jackets as I wasn’t sure on sizing and needed for a trip, anyway due to the long overdue wait for delivery, my trip had passed and the jackets were no longer needed when finally arrived! I was told I cannot return underwear or bodysuits. Mine is jacket???? Luckily I paid using Klarna which they are now disputing, which I then can just cancel the card for further payments to be taken as I have emailed about 6 times now asking for a delivery address to return it !! Avoid at all costs.

My order 6412352979212 still has not arrived. I ordered in end of July and it’s end of September and I still don’t have my order. The last tracking email was July 31 and it said 7-10 business days. I understand that when things come from China it takes long. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service is giving scam. I have no idea if I will ever get my order. The tracking is still saying it never arrived to the carrier. The company has ignored my emails and messages on social media. This is my tracking number 4203224492612903396155000068814967. I’m going to do my reviews and hopefully someone will wake up and send my items otherwise I will have to dispute the charge. I will never order anything else.

SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!!! Took ages to get the bras and the sizing is off from every they say you should buy off their size chart. I asked for a refund and they refused saying they shipped the proper items so no refund even though their site CLEARLY says 30 day guarantee. SCAMMERS!!!!

I would like to redirect my review from Shapely to Shapedly. I received an order from Shapedly was a good deal and their sizing must come from out of this world. The sizes were a lot different than what I normally wear but when I received the bras they wouldn’t fit someone twice as small as me. I requested a refund and they informed me I couldn’t get a refund because it wasnt damaged in the shipment. Their website shows clearly that will give a 30- day refund. But I was sent an email saying they won’t refund or let me send back for a refund. I work hard for my money and I need my refund and will gladly send their product back.

I feel these are a scam! I ordered 2 for 1 Bra before reading the reviews, which I read right after I hit submit on purchase. . Ugh! After reading review I requested my order to be cancelled, which was five minutes after I placed order (literally!). They emailed me the next day saying they can’t cancel my order because it was already shipped!! For one, things don’t get shipped that fast if it’s a ligit company after 5 minutes of placing an order or even in one day! Now I have to wait and hope they are not as bad as every review I’ve read. But I’m sure I just wasted $40, especially if it’s getting shipped from China. No offense but China don’t make good clothing for plus size women.

I purchased two bras for myself and best friend.
When I tried the first one, it was squeezing me from under my breasts and the wires poked my skin. Also left the sides (supposed to be smoothed by the bra) were pushed and protruding. Not doing what was promised to shape you and be the most comfortable bra
For expensive bras Like these, I'd say not worth the hype. And I contacted customer support and they said I can't get a refund because they're undergarments. One is still brand new and unopened! I'm extremely dissatisfied and Want to get a refund!

Ordered this product because it is so hard to find my size bra, and a bra that fits due to its cut & style. I believed that I would be able to return the items. But returns are only for damaged/defected items and not for “undergarments/bras”. I ordered the 3 bra deal. Tried on one item. And immediately took it off. As it was oversized & did not fit properly. I was not pleased with the advertised quality and support of the design vs what I actually experienced when I tried it on. I Will Not recommend this product or service to anyone. Order #49778
Shapedly replies saying they can’t find my order. But I have emails & product. So I know it’s all valid on my end.

I came on here to see the reviews and see a lot of negative comments. While looking at it more the person replying is from Shapely. The website I had to look at was Shapedly. Are these the same? Perhaps maybe people are ordering from Shapedly which are the scammers and Shapely is the website? I haven’t ordered and not sure if I am going to. I am very curious if maybe one letter is making everyone order from the scammer instead of the actual site. Wish I could add a picture to this. The add on FB says Shapedly. Person responding no “D” just Shapely.

I have finally received my order after I msged them and they sent me a new tracking number that didn't work but I received my order. It was wrong. I ordered 1 beige bra and 1 black bra which I got 2 beige bras. I tried to contact the company but my email was rejected. The email states the owner of the company can enable the emails. This is ridiculous. The bra itself isn't as comfortable as they make it out to be. It's cutting into my armpits and the back is digging into my back. I wear a 40D and the cups of the 40D bra are leaving a gap. My cheap bra fits way better and more comfortable. Very displeased.

This company is a total scam and just like all the other reviewers, my two bras have not arrived after 3+ weeks. I've been corresponding with them through email and said I'm going to refuse the package when it arrives. A few hours later, I received a suspicious email with a threatening letter in a PDF format, and my suspicion is it's from one of their employees. My bank also contacted me shortly thereafter stating someone tried to unsuccessfully withdraw $280. The police and my bank are investigating both. If it ties back to them at all, I hope they are prosecuted. That's all!! Mic drop.

I wish I had found the article at ibisik.com prior to giving them my credit card. They have picked the wrong person to screw with. SELLER BEWARE!!!

Wish I’d read these reviews before parting with money as waited 2 weeks and when they arrived they were just cheap tat I could’ve got from any Chinese website.
Badly made and have no shaping power at all.
I even went down 2 sizes and it was still loose around my stomach.
Disgusting that they don’t offer cash refunds .

Read the fine print about the refund policy very closely before purchasing! Everywhere on their website, they say they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their products. The quality and fit of the product that the company makes is subpar at best, and when you request to return the items for a refund, (provided you can even get a response from them) they tell you that unless the item “arrived damaged,” they cannot give you a refund. TOTAL SCAM.

Do not order from Shapedly! They take your $ but you will never receive product.

I haven’t received my order or gotten a shipping update, ordered in 8/27/24 and now it’s mid-September.

Ordered a DD cup size no way not even close and would not refund. Have to dispute with credit card

Product quality is pretty shocking, please do not fall for the "discounted prices" Items travel from China and will take ages to arrive. Customer service does not accept returns instead, it offers some discounts and to keep the products. Don't waste your money.

Shipping said they would be delivered. The 7th is now the 11th And I still haven't received my product. The tracking number they gave to me says does not exist when trying to search it. Just hoping that I didn't waste my money.
