I have previously reviewed Shapely regarding the poor design and inferior materials which are not fit for purpose meaning the items are not as described. They refused to refund me and responded to my review on Trust pilot claiming that they would look into it. They ignored me. This is not an ethical company. Please note, Shapely may respond to a review, as they have done with this one, and give the appearance of wanting to resolve the issue, however as before, I will enter my order number to prove I had a genuine experience and they will ignore my complaint. Trustpilot's processes are being manipulated by this company.

Don’t waste your time buying from Shapely. I bought 2 bras. It’s false advertisement. It doesn’t help for back rolls. It’s a challenge to put on. Their size guide is completely off. I measured and went through their recommendations and the strapless bra is a joke. Doesn’t even cover my breast. I emailed them to see if I can exchange it for something else and they refused. Mind you I’m not asking for a refund just and exchange. Now they blocked me after they responded back stating they don’t do exchanges nor refunds. Ridiculous waste of money.

Got my package 34F after some time. Delivery time took was 3 weeks. Tried it on, not 100 satisfied, the cups could have been a tad bit deeper. Yet to put it to the test. Will have an update once I wear it

What a ripoff!!! I went by the size chart and these bras are way too big and UGĹY!! They don't even look like the prettier ones they show. I emailed and told them I want my money back and they say, well we sent the size you asked for so no refund. I will get my money back one way or another. Contacting the BBB right now!!

Scam site!!! Your products will never arrive. They've given me a tracking number with Yodel that doesn't exist. Nearly £100 wasted.
The customer service is terrible and all they reply with is "it's been shipped".

This company is a complete scam! I ordered two bras and they do not fit and are not even the same look that is advertised. I asked for a refund due to the bras not fitting correctly and they told me due to them being on sale I can’t return them. They basically take peoples money and make it impossible for a return to be made. I will be filing a fraudulent claim with my bank on this order.

If there was something lower than 1 star I would give it. These bras are the most uncomfortable bras I have ever worn. They are advertised as removing rolls from back and under arms. They don’t. Of course false advertising is not one of the things they refund for. One big scam. They are deceiving women out of millions of dollars. I usually do my homework on return but it said there was a 30 day return period. Should have dug further.

This company is a joke! 100% scam. The Bras are not at all what they advertise. I contacted them that it was not what I paid for they pretty much said to bad. Don't waste your money at all with them.
It also too 1 month to get both bras. I wish I would have researched this company first.

Worst company and worst bras ever. Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY DON'T FIT AND I USED THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS THE STRAPS SUCK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE THAT. THEY DON'T RESPOND AND DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS - COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. PURCHASED IN JULY AND FINALLY FOR THEM AND NO RESPONSE UNTIL IT WAS PAST THE 30 DAYS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Edit:::: I did go though shop pay and they didn't help nor did shapedly. Neither were any good - they said in small print is says no returns. they are crap bras.

Never received my product and took my money!!!!

Don't trust this company. Paid for the shipping protection and everything. Then the tracking number said my order couldn't be completed but my shopping protection was delivered. SAVE YOUR SIXTY DOLLARS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Update: They offered to reshipped my order if I paid then an additional $10.99. So basically they get to charge another person $60 dollars to send them the products I paid for and will not refund me.

I can’t believe I didn’t research before I bought two. This is a SCAM the bras are worthless. You will not be able to return any of their items because their policy states the product has to be faulty or destroyed. It doesn’t matter if they don’t fit. They state you have to request a refund before the product production has been completed. You can’t even make that make sense.

I wish I had taken the time to look up this business before purchasing from them as I probably would have saved myself a wasted £40. I was taken in by the marketing to try out their bodysuits, falsely under the impression that if I wasn't happy, I could return the items for a refund. Something their website and marketing makes abundant use of is the idea of "easy returns" and that you have "30 days to return or exhange". Great I thought, where's the risk?! Unfortunately upon receiving the items, I was very disappointed with their quality and fit. The fabric feels very cheap, the fit was not good (poorly proportioned), the design off: just poor quality all round. I'm not sure I'd pay £10, let alone £39. Upon emailing to ask for a return, I find out they do not offer cash refunds. Do I want an exhange or store credit they ask? No, I absolutely do not because their limited range offers nothing else but bodysuits and given the quality, I would not want to give anything else a chance anyway. So essentially, I am out of pocket with a couple of bodysuits I don't like and very unhappy and annoyed at myself for blindly trusting this business to deliver a quality product and service. I find their marketing deceptive around their returns policy and their products below standard. Do I have anything positive to say? No.

The items took forever to arrive and they are totally useless. The strapless/push up bra....or should I say stick on/non strick pads.....are more than useless. What a joke. They don't stick, definitely don't push up and can in no way be accurately described as a bra.....thank God I didn't pay full price

This company is 100% a scam. They refused to process a return for me giving all sorts of excuses that undermined their own returns policy. I emailed them with screenshots of their online policy that is able to customers and I was met with a barrage of conditions under which returns would be processed. Once again, they expect you to return items with labels the items do not even come with. It seems as though the staff in office have no clue what their policies are, how to support customers or how to actually solve the issue a customer has- they seem to respond with emails that do not answer your question. I am still awaiting g my refund despite emailing three times and showing them proof of posting and photos of the items being delivered. They conveniently have no phone number for customer care. This company needs shutting down.

Same complaints as others here. Wish I could reach someone to exchange or refund. Email seems to be fraudulent. I wish I could get the word out so they could stop advertising and taking money from people. Unfair business practices here. Product quality is sub par. Do not buy.

This company deserves no stars. First the item wasn't delivered directly to me. A neighbor down the street found it in their mail box. Then when I tried the bra on, it was no way a 40D. The cups were so small. After sending multiple emails they replied back
"Due to the nature of your order and after careful review of your return request, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return. Our records confirm that we shipped the correct size as per your order." I didnt say the size was incorrect, it does not fit a D cup at all more like a B. When I replied, I received an error message that I was marked as spam and my email could not be delivered. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD /SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

Having the same issue with the company that everyone else is saying. I wanted to return, so I emailed them. No response for over a week. I contacted again and got an email saying they can't return because they sent me the correct size. My boobs spill out of the bra in the front, so they must run small.
I've emailed them back asking if we can exchange like their website says, so we will see.
I honestly don't think they will, and I'm out $40. Not the end of the world, but not a good way to run a business.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star! Immediately after placing my order I realized I placed the wrong size. I immediately emailed them and asked them to cancel or change the size. No response. I received my order and emailed them to see about returning it because I got the wrong size and they told me after reviewing my order I got the correct size. I didn’t say they shipped the wrong size!!! Do not buy from this company because they won’t rectify any problems you have!!!

SCAM. It took so long for my bras to arrive and when they did, they were nothing like what I saw in the ad. And one of them was the wrong color and the wrong size. I’ve been looking for a strapless bra for a long time, and the strapless bra was the one. When I wrote to the support team, it took over a week for them to respond. I sent pics of my receipt and what I received and she responded with that they sent what I ordered. What a scam.
