If you are interested in joining a program that is ‘all about the business’, meaning that they mean what they say and do what they say, then you should consider joining Shapely.

I joined the program under a week ago. I was impressed with the professionalism of the intake call, the affordability and the fact that they will actually work with your insurance if it is in network. I was entered into the system the same day I called, and set up with a meeting with the clinician the next day. Duyen who is the PA was very nice and thorough. She asked questions, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and also gave her recommendations. I felt I was in safe hands and I also did not feel rushed through the process.

The next step was to order my medications which required a pre authorization from my insurance company. Jason from the pre authorization team was very thorough in working with my insurance company to get my medication authorized. He communicated with me throughout the process and kept me updated. He submitted the correct information with the proper diagnosis that was required by the insurance company to approve the medication, and as a result of that, my medication was approved. This happened in under 1 week.

I am particularly impressed with Shapely and the entire team, including those not mentioned, because they achieved something a prior program similar to Shapely that I had joined, could not achieve. I made the right decision to leave them to join Shapely, and I am looking forward to addressing my medical concerns and meeting my goals. Thank you!

I am not going to continue with my application. From my initial interactions and a little more research, I do not trust their advertising of fees and also received a reminder by text of a $50 fee for not calling 24 hrs in advance to cancel even though all other communication has been by text and online. Fully transparency from day one I what I expected. Have not found one company that provides that, including this one.

I am always looking forward to talking with my Doctor she is wonderful and the appoints are always available for my time preferences

I love shapely. They are always there when I need them. I can send a message to my case worker and she will answer usually right away. You can have a nutritionist that is wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable. I’ve been on it for 3 weeks and loss 5 pounds. Love it.

Duyen Tran assisted me with my weight loss and I reached my goal! Now she is assisting me with maintaining my goal weight. She educated me. Helped me with the best costs to fit my budget. She is a joy to work with!

What made my experience great is that I have lost 33 pounds an I feel great I can fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear in years. I have a meeting every month with my practitioner and we go over my progress and how I am doing.

I was on shapely before and quit due to financial problems. Now I’m restarting my journey and hoping to go further. Had a really bad 6 months so I need all the support I can get.

I called to make an appointment for consultation, explained I don't want to pay for Wagovy, I have UHC, told me to tell consultant I have sleep apnea, they don't check, now I find our, it's a SCAM to rope yoy into paying for it! I am already in debt from PAYING for it and my Meds are done. I lost weight but didn't reach my goal weight. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY,SCAM ! JUST LIKE MOST THINGS YOU FIND ON SOCIAL MEDIA !!

What an amazing experience! I met with Dr. Justin Zaghi back in June for the first time to find what was best for me in my weight loss journey. He was extremely informative and great bedside manner. I continued to meet with him monthly for check ins and I am happy to say after 6 months I met my goal weight and he is a big part of that! Highly recommend Dr. Zaghi and the Shapely team for your weight loss journey!!

Well, this is a follow up review to the review I wrote a week ago. I said I was going to write another review after I met with the provider and dietician.

I have decided not to do Shapely. I have decided that it is not for me.

I cancelled my appointment for next week with the provider more than a week in advance to try and prevent the issues I had last time I cancelled a provider appointment.

Last time after I cancelled the appointment with the provider by text and email, I got two reminders of the appointment.

After I cancelled the appointment for next week, I get a call, and I couldn't make out the girl's name left on the message, and I couldn't totally hear the message she left. She wanted me to call her about my cancellation.

And a couple hours later I get a text from the same girl and didn't leave her name, and she wanted to know the reason for my cancellation. I gave a reason before on the text.

I had already stated I was cancelling the appointment and she wanted a confirmation of that what seemed like a very unnecessary request.

And the girl was on the bratty side in my mind.

So, after I cancelled the appointment, I get an annoying phone call and text from this girl at Shapely.

If you are thinking of doing Shapely or are thinking of quitting, I recommend scrolling through the reviews and reading the one-, two- and three-star reviews.

There was a review by someone who called themself "customer" on 7/18/2025 that quoted what I had seen a week ago or so. This has to do with reviews by Shapely not always gotten on the up and up. I saw this when I Googled Shapely.

I also question if the reviews I Googled on the providers are verified reviews. Sometimes a number of the reviews look like they could have been written by the same person.

So, all and all I had a bad experience before I even met with the provider and dietician and decided Shapely was not for me.

From the initial application process, I knew SHAPELY was the right choice. Everything was clearly explained, including options that would be available if my insurance would not pay for the weight loss medication. I meet monthly to chart my progress and get my next prescription as well as meet with a dietitian that personalizes my food choices for me! This has been a no fail program, I can't speak highly enough of this program and the people I have worked with. After trying what felt like everything, SHAPELY was the solution for me!

I feel like shapley is totally transparent. To me communication is key. If I had a question , I could reach out and very quickly , I had a response. And a response I could understand. Tanya my nurse practitioner became a friend. My weight loss journey has been successful. And beyond

This company is awesome? They support, encourage and walk you through everything during your weight loss journey.
